Anna Skiendziel: Good place, strategic, because close to the main train station, metro station.Room with bathroom, clean, cleaned and aired every day. Own keys. The bathroom is a bit vintage, but it doesn't bother me at all. I didn't come to Rome to sit in a room or a bathroom.

Hana Kačírková: Reasonably sized rooms. The shared bathroom is small and a bit dated, but well maintained and clean - just like the rest of the hotel. If you're just looking for a room with a bed where you can sleep on a comfortable bed after walking around Rome all day, absolutely enough.

Iole Gaglio: Perfect location, thanks to which you can visit the whole center on foot, but it is certainly not the safest area of the city at night. The room and bathroom were clean enough however we weren't aware of the daily cleaning and would have preferred to know in advance. It would be better if the host was more reachable by cell phone. I definitely recommend that you agree on your arrival time in advance.

Noemy Vetrone: Beautiful welcome and owner always available and smiling. Very old structure from the outside, but as soon as you enter the structure it is modern and renovated. Room spacious and cleaned every day. Good breakfast: stuffed pastries every day and also savory breakfast. Structure a few steps from both the Colosseum and Termini station.Water coming from the shower not always hot, you had to wait some time.There is no radiator in the bathroom and when you take a shower it is a bit cold.Requested water at breakfast as it was not available, could be improved.
Anne Cécile De Robillard: Economic option for a short stay. Good quality-price. Really clean even if we had a shared bathroom, didn't feel like one compared to hotels where I've also stayed. Every room was cleaned regularly and well cleaned! A very welcoming staff. We checked in slightly earlier than expected but the lady was understanding and kind. Nice breakfast : fresh pastries too. Air-conditioning! Highly recommended.

FTM 9: The rooms were nicely cleaned. They also have air conditioning. But the Wi-Fi didn't work. Whenever someone connected to the Wi-Fi, it said connected without internet. Otherwise, the cleaning lady gave us the keys, and we her at the end of our stay. The apartment was very close to the metro and train station. Everything was wonderful there.

Ahmed Fouad ARFI: We and my wife spent 5 nights in the Baltic guest house and we enjoyed our stay very much. The welcome is warm by the gentleman who advised us and who reacted to all our requests, especially from my wife who is demanding. The room was clean and corresponded to what was agreed. Housekeeping was done properly every day.A quiet hotel in a quiet street less than 10 minutes walk from Termini station.For its price, I highly recommend a clean hotel with a functional room and pleasant, attentive staff.

Kevin Guillén: Baltik Guesthouse is a simple, safe and clean place, excellently located within walking distance of Termini Station and the historical center of Rome. They gave me keys to all the doors and I was able to come and go as I wanted. After check out they took care of my bags until I went through them. The person at the reception was always kind, he even provided me with an extra electrical adapter. I arrived scared by the bad comments I had read, but my experience was very different.Rooms: My room was small and adequate for only one person. I liked that it was very bright and had a window to the street, although that makes it a bit noisy. I always had hot water, cable TV and WIFI available for free. The fridge was too small and didn't get cold enough, but the air conditioning worked fine. I could even sleep in a good temperature just by opening the windows.Nearby activities: If you go academically, the Università di Roma La Sapienza is a 20-minute walk away. It is mandatory to visit the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, for believers or not. The Vatican requires transportation, but for everything else you can walk. Right in front of the hotel there is an ice cream parlor that always has long lines. Many restaurants of different prices around.Walkability: Close to all the well-known places in the historic center of Rome and Termini station, which connects to the airports, gives access to multiple urban bus routes and by train throughout Italy. I did not use any transport except the bus to and from the airport.

Princedhorn Wongsuphap: Great location, clean, and simple. Although the price isnt cheap but it is considered cheaper than many other hotels in the same area. Overall, we recommend this place for travellers with limited budget who want a short stay and convenience location. Staffs are great too. It's been 3 years since my stay but this hostel is definitely not a 3.4 star for sure. The owner was super kind, friendly and helpful.
Great hostel, as soon as you get in the landowner treats you like her son! The visitors are friendly and there is a great place outside you can sit with everybody and talk. There is a nice breakfast and the price is really good.
Stayed here for 8 days. Peaceful and cozy place. Ample breakfast and a decent veranda. Staff were always available and were quite helpful. The bathrooms were cramped. Great if you need a place to crash or work on your writing project.

Ewa Kczanowska: A great overnight stay in Rome if you're on a tight budget. 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum and all of Rome within reach. Clean bedding in the hostel. I recommend.Nearby activities: The Colosseum, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Snows, the Lateran, all of Rome can be explored on foot. The neighborhood is safe. I remember very fondly.

Anna Birna: , in a rustic style, which is modest but clean. There is a large comfortable bed, tv, air conditioning and fridge. The bathroom is spacious and new, calmly for 3 *. Service nice and helpful. Entry to the hotel on a chip, to the room on the card, no problems. Close to the train station, relatively close to the center, a supermarket and many different restaurants in the next street, I recommend The Padellaccio 2 restaurant in particular. Family House is also recommended, if I had to fly to Rome again, I would book this hotel again.
