Andrea Wilson: Joe and I came here in June 2018 to take an afternoon Micro-Mosaic Jewelry making class. It was so awesome and we enjoyed it so much that we made a pact right then and there that we would return. We did this July 2022 for a four-day mosaic workshop! It was so wonderful! We didn't do anything touristy in Rome. All we did was come here and make art for four days, eat gelato and enjoy the rhythm of Rome. Uliana and Sara are the best! You have to come here! Next time, we're going to ask them to create a special month long mosaic workshop for us!!

I think we may have missed some bits, but I am sure we could have asked for directions as there were a lot of staff around.The cafe on the terrace is lovely, great place to stop for a coffee - just need to show your ticket to go back in!Some really interesting exhibits and felt like we received a real education on Roman history, well displayed and well communicated.We went under the Roma pass - so very good value!Would recommend!

It's interesting. Note the quality of the reception of the people in the museums... I note it because, in Rome, this is not always the case... And, when it is, it is very pleasant.

Una volta varcata la porta d’ingresso sembra di estraniarsi dalla frenesia di Piazza di Spagna ,gremita di turisti, compiendo un viaggio nel tempo e ritrovandosi in un luogo così elegante e quieto. Ci si ritrova immersi nella cultura, nella storia e nel cuore della letteratura. Tra una libreria e l’altra è possibile ammirare e leggere molteplici lettere originali scritte Mary Shelley, John Keats, Lord Byron, Percy Shelley. Mi ha entusiasmato trovarvi due copie del celebre romanzo gotico “Frankenstein” firmate direttamente dalla Shelley con la dedica al figlio. La visita alla casa-museo non è troppo lunga ed è davvero molto piacevole. Inoltre, è presente un delizioso shop in cui è possibile acquistare magliette, segnalibri, biografie e tanto altro. La consiglio vivamente!
