A lovely hotel, incredibly nice and friendly staff, very attentive. The rooms are very pretty and well equipped and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the restaurant is amazing. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel is as beautiful as expected. Classic luxury with high-tech. Loved the way to put the curtains down and to make the room dark. The location is great, was close to very nice tourist attractions in the eternal city. The best of the hotel is its staff: From the pre-arrival message where they helped to book an airport transfer, made a restaurant booking and confirmed some special requests I asked, I had a good feeling. The cocktails are superb, the dining experience great ! Everyone I met during my stay was amicable. I highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I arrived in Rome on a red eye flight. The Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese arranged for a driver who picked us up in a sleek Mercedes and dropped us off at the hotel's front door. Check in was easy and accommodating. Given that we arrived early morning we did not expect the hotel to have our room ready. They had a room that was available but we opted to wait another hour for a higher floor. They suggested we have breakfast at their hotel while we waited which was perfect. The 7th floor dining area offers splendid views of the city. We found having breakfast included to be both convenient and economical with a cordial restaurant staff. They offered scrambled and boiled eggs, potato cakes, bacon and sausages along with salad, pastries, an assortment of breads to toast, meats and the most wonderful yogurt among other things. You got your choice of coffee or a yummy cappuccino every morning. We had dinner at the hotel one evening of our four night stay. It was an excellent meal and the service was warm, inviting and professional. Housekeeping was excellent. The rooms were clean and new and daily service was provided. We loved coming back to our room with a fresh bed and clean towels. The concierge often called cabs for us which promptly arrived. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. All in all this is an excellent hotel and we highly recommend it.
