Mick Dunn: La Brasserie at Rome Marriott Park Hotel is, for the most part, a very nice place to dine. The restaurant appears to have a few branches of operation. In the restaurant proper we really enjoyed the various tasty offerings at the buffet. Service here is excellent. The bar is very good too, although it sometimes takes a little effort to get attention. The Long Island Ice Tea served here is the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Pizza is served from the kitchen by the pool and is most excellent. We were here for four nights and tried most everything. Very much recommended.La Brasserie del Rome Marriott Park Hotel è, per la maggior parte, un posto molto carino dove cenare. Il ristorante sembra avere alcuni rami operativi. Nel ristorante vero e proprio abbiamo apprezzato molto le varie gustose offerte al buffet. Il servizio qui è eccellente. Anche il bar è molto buono, anche se a volte ci vuole un piccolo sforzo per attirare l'attenzione. Il Long Island Ice Tea servito qui è il migliore che abbia mai gustato. La pizza viene servita dalla cucina a bordo piscina ed è eccellente. Siamo stati qui per quattro notti e abbiamo provato quasi tutto. Molto consigliato.
KG: We stayed at the Rome Marriott Park hotel for the last night of our European family vacation as its about half way to the airport from central Rome and we ate our last meal in Italy at this restaurant and I can testify to all the positive reviews about the staff and service. The atmosphere was calm as it was Monday night, and they had just opened, and our server Mauro was very professional. The other assisting staff were very polite and professional as well. The food is what you'd expect for a hotel restaurant as far as quality, which was good. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Theresa Singletary: Beautiful restaurant inside the Marriott Park Hotel in Rome. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, and I'll stay here again, for sure! We had the option to order off the menu or to choose the buffet. Our entire party of 7 chose the buffet without disappointment; it was a step above any other restaurant buffet I've had in a long time. Everything on it was delicious. Sea bass, gnocchi sorrentine style, pasta alfredo, a plethora of charcuterie and cheeses including fresh ricotta, potatoes, fried Italian delicases--just to name a few items. If close, I'd recommend giving a try!

Valeria: A quiet place in the middle of the sea of tourists in Rome. What I liked the most about this place was apart from its appetizing and filling food, nothing more and nothing less than the service. Aurora: Abbiamo preso un aperitivo sulla stupenda terrazza del ristorante Ambrosia dalla quale si riesce anche a vedere san Pietro. I drink erano ottimi e così anche l’accompagnamento composto da mini tramezzini, patatine, olive, focaccia, frutta fresca, noccioline…Siamo stati serviti da Eugenio che non solo ci ha servito in modo professionale, ma ci ha anche raccontato molte curiosità sulla città e ci ha fornito consigli su luoghi da visitare. Con la sua simpatia e gentilezza ci ha fatto passare una bellissima serata in questo bellissimo posto!

Danny Milan: Booked dinner for a special birthday for my wife in Rome. The entire experience- from the lovely food to the professional service, was exceptional. The rooftop restaurant is romantic and has charm. The saxophonist playing away quietly in the venue was a nice touch. At booking requested a special table which was granted. I also appreciated the dessert for my wife coming out with a lit candle as a nice birthday surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive. It is not an inexpensive restaurant but for this level of dining experience it was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
