Aurora: Abbiamo preso un aperitivo sulla stupenda terrazza del ristorante Ambrosia dalla quale si riesce anche a vedere san Pietro. I drink erano ottimi e così anche l’accompagnamento composto da mini tramezzini, patatine, olive, focaccia, frutta fresca, noccioline…Siamo stati serviti da Eugenio che non solo ci ha servito in modo professionale, ma ci ha anche raccontato molte curiosità sulla città e ci ha fornito consigli su luoghi da visitare. Con la sua simpatia e gentilezza ci ha fatto passare una bellissima serata in questo bellissimo posto!

His specialty: Carbonara, a complete Italian delicacy.Other notable dishes are the Caprese and the buffalo pizza.Speaking of customer service, I can say that they offer an unbeatable service that is very difficult to find in the center of Rome, everyone is very good but especially our waitress Eva, very helpful, friendly and fun.And if we talk about the place, it is very cosy, rustic and with those airs that take you to northern Italy.It is clear that when I return to Rome, I will return to this restaurant. ☺️

Rome is so busy at the moment and I imagine their staff are exhausted, our waitress went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend the carbonara! Really good prices too. We only had to line up for about 10 minutes, moves super fast! Anyway just go!!Also our waiter deserves a fat pay rise xx

Joshua Nolte: The tasting menu at Moma was delicious and exciting and the wine list is extensive. I can see why they have their Michelin star and I'd happily go back. The service was good as well but it's the area where I feel they stand to improve. It might have been the language barrier, but we asked multiple questions about the food and were told "I'll ask the chef" but then never got an answer. I know Italians general dine slower than Americans, but the courses come out especially slowly, 8 courses that were mostly 4-5 bites and the meal took 4 hours. Sometimes we'd wait 15 minutes in between courses. I've had comparable taking menus served in 2 hours where the time in between courses was much shorter and the dining rooms were much larger. Overall a wonderful experience.
Lucy Crisp: We didn’t have a reservation and went early to get a table. The food we had was so worth it and even though the staff did not speak a lot of English, they still went out of their way to ask us how the food was and if we needed anything else. The food was immaculate and the presentation of each dish was unique. We also went back for cocktails at the end of our holiday and they even gave us crisps and sandwiches in the bar area at no extra cost.We stayed in Rome for 7 days and out of everywhere we went for evening meals, we agreed Moma was the best out of all of them for service, atmosphere and food.
ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ: This place was great, and exactly how I imagined it. Not in a bad way, but I’m a good way! My parents had the large long corse and it took a long time, but came out as art and creativity. It tasted amazing, and we even had the chocolate desert. I’d say that it was interesting. Overall, a great place to eat and an amazing adventure!
Shaz di: A lovely experience where we got a tasting menu with wine pairing. especially the ravioli tasted absolutely amazing, I will never forget that. the place is definitely worth a visit if you are in Rome. You have to be prepared that the decor is not typical Michelin and perhaps a little underwhelming.P.s. They make the world's best espresso. I have never tasted anything like it

Ellen Morgan: The food was top tier! For the main course I’d give a special mention to the vongole and the lamb chops, as well as the Black Sea food pasta. All good was very tasty and also was served quickly! The desserts were incredible and homemade, we had the tiramisu, chocolate fondant and crème brûlée which all were some of the best we’ve had. The service was okay don’t get me wrong, however the atmosphere was quite stressed and the servers had a lot to do which was quite apparent. There also was very slim opportunity’s to sit outside, but the downstairs area was fine and decorated with lovely art!

Claudio Menchetti: Quick work lunch where, however, I was able to eat the best ricotta and spinach ravioli of my life. A dish made apparently simple by the multitude of commercial products that are around. But the homemade pasta you eat here is light years away. Quite fantastic. And then an ice cream made by them. Ancient flavors of Italian cuisine. Absolutely to come back

You can tell this is a local spot as we were pretty much the only tourists there, and the ambiance was great and the service was really warm and personal.The food, however, was nothing short of amazing. We had the duck tonnarelli and pumpkin ravioli, plus the slow cooked baby pork. All dishes were beyond amazing and introduced us to flavours that we've never tasted before. While the bill came up to about 80 Euros which is definitely not cheap, the taste and experience will more than enough make up for it. Highly recommended.

Minjeong Lee: After receiving a recommendation from a hotel staff for my last lunch in Rome, I visited around 2 o'clock, and there were a lot of customers and there was a waiting line with full seats, but it felt like a restaurant. So I waited and ate it, but it was a place with good reasons.I ordered pizza, pasta, and fried squid, and as the two of us ate, we continued to say, "Oh, it's delicious." It's 50 euros even for a coke, so the price is okay. I usually order carbonara and tomato pasta, but basically any menu looks good.The margherita pizza and tomato meatball pizza tasted really good and the portions were generous.The staff were friendly, and the food service and checkout were quite fast, and it was a very satisfactory restaurant.If you are traveling in Rome, you must stop by and eat delicious pizza and pasta.The atmosphere seems to be better at sunset rather than midday lunch, and if you walk a little, it would be nice to take a short walk along the cool riverside or take a break while feeling the river breeze.

Joe: Went here because of Instagram hype which is risky sometimes because you can find yourself in a tourist trap that doesn't provide quality food anymore. That is not the case here. This place was amazing. Pastas were incredible, meat and chicken dishes were so tender and flavorful, calamari was arguably best I've ever had and our wait staff was attentive and impressive. Spoke English,Italian,Spanish seamlessly between different tables able to accommodate everyone. Very very good we were impressed with everything here. Incredible dinner just make sure you get there early after 7 you will be in line forever

Lori Gorman: Loved it!! This place is special! Tiny quaint spot on a side street in Rome! The chef is making everything in a small cook space right in front of you! Beautiful fresh meats. The highlight of this was the truffle honey. I normally dislike truffle because it is strong and drowns out all other flavor. This is not the case for the honey. It adds so much without overpowering the honey or the cheese.Rarely are we persuaded to stay for dessert. After the meal, we felt that we would be guaranteed a good tiramisu, and we were not disappointed. The flavor and consistency put all other tiramisu I’ve had to shame.

My daughter said the lobster pasta was delicious. It seems a little difficult because the staff couldn't go on vacation. The man who looks like the male boss is kind. Thomas Roos: Good restaurant. We advise you to book a table before going there, for my part I booked and I did well because when we arrived the restaurant was full. Let's talk about the food, we had a starter which was salmon with a very good sauce, I couldn't say what it was. The main courses are the ones pictured below fried squid with some sort of shrimp fritter, it was really good. My girlfriend took the pasta carbonara which was good but nothing more and what's more a small portion, in my opinion.We had a small tiramisu which was really excellent with a limoncello which I don't really recommend, it wasn't the best I've had. The server had forgotten to serve me the limoncello so he gave us more to apologize, it was nice of him. We had all that for 77 euro which is a more than fair price. Good restaurant, I recommend going there.
Luis “Nacalaochul” A.: A great find in Rome.The fritto romano antipasti was superb! Cacio e pepe arancini, fried buffala mozzarella and the cod fish fritters with the remoulade, excellent!Good local house wines. I tried from the Lazio region I Lori; great pairing with our dishes. Tried the organic chicken and the pasta carbonara; simply delicious. The assorted bread bag was very good. Dolci: tiramisu and panna cota con caramel a la sale.
