Eric Langermans: Frédéric and Andrea are two wonderfully friendly people who enjoy life and give it to others. We spent four days there and it was a very nice place. The bus stops in front of the door, but Andrea is also willing to give you a lift if he has to go that way. Beautiful people.

Van den Moortel Filip: For us best place to stay in Rome! Very quiet, peaceful and green environment 20 minutes away from the Colosseo by public transport. Walk 2 minutes and find the ancient via Appia.Andrea and Federica gave us a very nice, warm and casual stay. The 3 adorable dogs + puppies were a real asset for our children.I’m pretty sure we will revisit this lovely adress.
