loïc Castillo: We rented the Temptation room for 3 nights in April 2023. We enjoyed an incredible stay in this hotel. Online registration . Physical and telephone opening of the room. Communication by whattsapp everything is done to make your life and stay easier! The area is ideally located for visiting Rome! The hotel offers tailor-made formulas for lovers, we opted for one of them with prosseco, cake and aperitif… the bed was covered in roses and music was waiting for us on the television… just perfect! The rooms have a jacuzzi that is easy to access and very well maintained! The breakfast is nice, delivered to the door at 8:30, otherwise a voucher is offered for a small bar nearby!!! Regarding the decoration it is super romantic only downside for the most demanding the shower door needs a little maintenance and the furniture is a bit wobbly … probably linked to misuse by previous customers. Finally, the presence of air conditioning and smart tv as well as a coffee and tea machine and a fridge with plenty of goodies offered! Frankly the best! We love !

Nghia Tran: Amazing service from the first moment we got there by Salvatore and his staff. A very welcoming mom and pop establishment. Location is perfect for exploring Rome for the first time. Restaurants and cafes just right downstairs. Noise was not an issue at night. Room and furniture were comfy and modern. The jacuzzi was a big plus for long days walking around exploring Rome. Salvatore was very prompt and helpful in his communications with us considering we decided last minute to book another room there a day earlier.

Pulizia Super, colazione buonissima, camera bellissima, x non parlare del bagno ...Rooms: Camera molto spaziosa, fornita di ogni confort. Hanno addirittura un asse da stiro con il ferro. Letto comodissimo, frigo bar. Scrivania, TV enorme compresi di Netflix Sky Disney ecc ecc. Meravigliosa.

Jesse Swank: Staff was excellent to deal with, they were very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They made us feel very welcome and easy to check-in.The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Vatican and Colosseum and everything between. The hotel is within wonderful restaurants and shops outdoor. Great to walk around during the day and at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable.We stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks!

Pierre Bouchard: Great place, we stayed there a full week at the end of December and it was perfect!The room was large, fully equiped and the view on the piazza was amazing.Perfectly located, everything is at a walking distance and you have so many great restaurants and bars just nearby! This is the center of Rome!The team is really helpful and responsive, cleaning is done everyday and the breakfast at the bar just on the other side of the piazza is very convenient.

federica fiorio: I miei figli ed io abbiamo soggiornato presso Navona Jacuzzi rooms a fine agosto e siamo stati benissimo.La stanza è spaziosa e accogliente i letti sono molto comodi, la doccia spaziosa e molto gradevole, ma il must sono la vasca Jacuzzi nella stanza e la gentilezza e la professionalità dei proprietari. Le scale a chiocciola sono un po scomode ma all'arrivo e alla partenza c'è il servizio di trasporto bagagli...quindi nessuna fatica ma solo la bellezza della stanza e della posizione. Essere dietro a Piazza Navona vuol dire essere vicini a tutto. Noi abbiamo visitato tantissimi monumenti, musei, piazze muovendoci sempre a piedi. Sicuramente se torniamo a Roma soggiorneremo presso questa struttura.

Scarlet Schiriott: Location is perfect. We had a 25 minute walk to the hotel from the Roma Termini however on our return you can get the metro for €1.50 and takes 10mins highly suggest that especially with suitecases. Round the corner to the Spanish steps and the designer shops & metro, local taxi rank is at the end on the road too. Then a 10 minutes walk if that to the Trevi fountain, restaurant and ice cream shops. 15 minute walk to the colosseum and pathanoen. Vatican City is quite away but we hired the scooters there and back defiantly an experience. In between all of that close to all the museums and art gallery’s too. I paid extra to have a whirlpool room and it did not disappoint! The room was set with low lightening and music on the iPad which you can change and the lightening off the room. We had double showers all toiletries provided. Mini bar and coffee was included too. Now the breakfast firstly there is so much choice on the menu we were spoilt rotten, hot and cold food. All is plated up to you on your room and nothing was to much to ask for. Overall the hotel was excellent and staff was exceptional!

Matt Campbell: Honestly I can't think of much I'd change. The AC could be a little quicker - it's pretty warm in Eco Mode and takes a little bit to cool down. Also there wasnt a view or much natural light.If I return to Rome, I'd go out of my way to stay here again.
Eleonora Fiorelli: Every time I pass through Rome it is a must to stop at the Suite Sistina.A necessary pampering and incredible quality from the staff and the beauty of the rooms.The really large room, the music, the bathtub that I absolutely want in my house sooner or later .. everything leads me to always and in any case choose to stay here; you are practically above the Spanish Steps and yet without the chaos outside being able to disturb you in any way. It's a little piece of heaven.This time I brought a friend of mine for the first time and relaxing in the tub with a glass was something enchanting as always. Staff always ready to satisfy any request and of a unique kindness. Thanks again, as always.

Ernesto De Rubeis: Good service, the staff are very helpful and friendly ..Rooms: Fairly big and comfortable. The jacuzzi in the room is awesome for those really hot days, for those who want to relax after a big day walking, looking at the sites.Walkability: Very easy to get around. Pretty much centre of the city. Close to all historical sites..Food & drinks: Restaurants, bars everywhere.
Dina El Geweli: We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. The staff is amazing, very accommodating, rooms are clean and resourceful. Location was perfect - close to everything and is easily accessible.The only downfall was that the entrance of the building inside had trash all the time and the people sometimes would forget to close the elevators so we wouldn’t be able to go up to the rooms, however this isn’t FH’s fault, but the building.

Air conditioning was very quiet but always kept the room cool.The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.The staff also went the extra mile and put a decoration on the bed for my wife’s birthday as a surprise for when we returned that evening.Great service.The hotel is very close to all the main attractions and it’s easy to walk to them. Many great restaurants and shops near the hotel.I highly recommend this hotel.

REALIZZA CASA di Roberta Lopopolo: Camera comoda, letto comodo con doppi cuscini, bagno con doccia e vasca, aria condizionata funzionale, colazione abbondante e ben assortita con prodotti freschiRooms: Camera con materasso comodo morbido e doppi cuscini. Purtroppo il terzo letto era rotto ma dopo aver chiamato sono intervenuti rapidamente. Lascia un po a desiderare la pulizia in particolare il frigo era pieno di muffa e in bagno c'erano asciugamani usati... ma anche in questo caso sono intervenuti subito per risolvere e sistemare.

mona aldossary: The location is good, but it is tiring to get up. If you have elderly people with you....you can use buses No. 81, 85, 945 or 100, all of which arrive close to it....the room is beautiful and clean....joyful and smiling....they have breakfast at all What amounts to a 5-star hotel? Repetitive breakfast... every day and not varied... But the stay in general is very good.... The air conditioner was not working as required, so it was hot....
David Brown: This is a beautiful hotel with great service. Breakfast is either inside or in a nice courtyard. Breakfast is very good although coffee took a while to come. The gym is very nice in terms of aesthetics and equipment. I worked out every day because the gym was so nice. The room and bathroom were spacious but one could hear people in the hallway easily. I love how they kept free water bottles stocked in the room every day. The location was a short walk to the Spanish Steps or the Borghese Gardens.
