Purtroppo il terzo letto era rotto ma dopo aver chiamato sono intervenuti rapidamente. Lascia un po a desiderare la pulizia in particolare il frigo era pieno di muffa e in bagno c'erano asciugamani usati... ma anche in questo caso sono intervenuti subito per risolvere e sistemare.

Lauryn Brice: the swimming pool is not bad even if the water for the shower and the pool water is relatively quite cold. The room was clean spacious. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant which is very good, the breakfast is very well stocked whether on the salty or sweet side. We also tried the spa which is 25€ per person for 2 hours you should know that it takes 4€ more for bathing caps and between 25€ and not far from 100€ for an extra massage, this is not Wasn't really the best for only 25€ we left after 1 hour.

paolo rivieccio: Definitely not a 4 star however the hotel is located in a decent location, 15 mins from colosseum, 20 mins from piazza di spagna e 22 mins from hyromania water park, of course by car I mean.Breakfast not great, rooms very clean, staff very professional and polite but not enough to give a 5 star since they can't even supply you metal cutlery or glass to take into your room. Very shame because the hotel itself is good.

Maja Jankowska: We enjoyed our stay at Artis Hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day. Super comfortable beds. Service very nice. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast quite modest: scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, etc., but everything was fresh and tasty, also managed to fill up. Very good espresso coffee, delicious juices and croissants, of which there were a lot in the morning. The downside is the small amount of vegetables and fruits. The hotel is about 15 min. walking distance from the metro station from where you can reach the center of Rome. It is worth noting that the neighborhood is safe, there are blocks of flats nearby. Near the hotel there is an Italian market, Lidl, Carrefour. We recommend the very Italian pizzeria Dar Chiapetta, which is a quarter of an hour's walk away. It was there that we ate the best pizza, well priced too. We will have fond memories of your stay.

Brian Lee: 5 days was so good.The gym was nice and all the staff were friendly.All the staff are comfortable and the food tastes good.The location is within a 5-minute walk from Borghese Park and within a 15-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. It is located on a slight slope on a hill, so it may be difficult to get off the wrong bus or subway with a carrier.
Ahmd Abdu: The cafe and hotel staff provided excellent and hospitable service. During our coffee and dessert break, we recalled our honeymoon from years ago in this hotel. Upon learning of this, our waiter, George, enthusiastically introduced us to his manager, Noufel, who has been with the hotel for many years. We had a delightful conversation, and they even offered us complimentary drinks. George and Noufel were both friendly and cheerful, and I express my gratitude to them and the cafe and hotel management for providing us with such a wonderful experience.The cafe deserts we ordered were delicious. Location and outdoor sitting were top class.

Georgios Royssos: The hotel I recommend for motorcyclists who will come to see Rome is the best value for money. It has public parking, but the hotel is in such a way that if you leave it unlocked, the machine will not be in danger. Next to it is a huge supermarket and in its restaurant the food is affordable and perfectly cooked. So this combination makes the hotel the most special. Lewis Cooper: Amazing staff, lovely room with amazing air con! 2 lovely cats that roamed around outside, not much in the area apart from shops but right next to the metro which was 10 mins into Rome, no complaints, amazing coffee in the morning and we were well looked after, cheap too! Highly recommend don’t be put off, lovely rooftop garden, my only complaint would be the area next to the hotel wasn’t looking the best, but that’s no fault of the hotel at all and you don’t really spend time there apart from sleeping anyway, very glad the metro was a 2 min walk, highly advise! Staff also helped with activities and recommended great stuff to do!Rooms: Lovely and cool, high water pressure and very comfy beds!Walkability: Next to metro, can’t get a better location unless you wanna spend millions to stay in the centre of Rome, train was 3.50 euro for a return to anywhere in RomeFood & drinks: Bar and coffee!
Ksenia Hemlall: We spent two nights and absolutely loved this place. Affordable, close to Metro, close to supermarkets if you want to get some snacks. The hotel has a cute yard area where you can rest and enjoy some coffee or a breakfast. Hotel has breakfast option, which we though was super convenient. Some rooms don’t have windows but it was actually helpful to get a good rest, plus you don’t come to Rome for the hotels! Location was amazing super easy to navigate around with metro system and visit all important places in Rome. People at The reception were super nice, helpful snd friendly.

Tania Sepenuk: Great place to stay in Rome. Nicely located, friendly staff. I did ask for a replacement of the shower gel twice at the front desk and never got it . We stayed four days . Would stay again and do recommend to other people. Breakfast was real good with a very friendly guy running the buffet. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t care to replace the shower gel . Otherwise everything was great .

Taylor McCown: INCREDIBLE HOTEL AND STAY! I travel and stay in lots of hotels but this is one of the best I’ve stayed I. I highly recommend. This is a 5-Star hotel with a Michelin rated restaurant located off a quiet alley that is a short walk to the Pantheon. Most hotels are located in very busy areas and we appreciated this location as it was quieter and had less foot traffic. It was also a great location as so many of the historic sites are in walking distance.The hotel is incredibly clean and maintained. The staff from start to finish were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave tremendous recommendations for great restaurants that weren’t tourist traps and were in quieter areas and the food was amazing. Upon check-in they had a bottle of Prosecco and a delicious mousse cake waiting for us in our room with a hand-written note congratulating us on our anniversary. We also had a tour that left before breakfast opened and they put together a breakfast o-go box for us so we could have breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to help. There is a beautiful terrace with umbrella covered seating that overlooks the city and we really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace.We still have two more nights here but couldn’t help but write a review as it has been a great experience. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time we come back to Rome!

Lissa Kline: Perfect location and very lovely service but more expensive than equally good service/location spots. Enjoyed the palm court as well. Them room was fine. A bit dated but comfortable. It was loud but that’s not their fault- street is popular and that’s part of the benefit of the location. Our room didn’t cool down, the window wouldn’t close easily, and the toilet ran. It was two nights and we didn’t raise with them so they didn’t have a chance to fix. Ultimately the service was impeccable and location perfect. Having said that not worth the price overall.

Alice Whitehead: My family and I had a fantastic experience staying with this Hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful, thoughtful and welcoming, especially the bar staff who went above and beyond to ensure my brother’s birthday was properly celebrated. The breakfast spread was beautifully done and felt very inviting and clean with staff ensuring it was kept fully stocked. The views from the rooftop at breakfast and in the evening are wonderful and the Hotels proximity to key tourist attractions is great with all key sights in walking distance. The rooms are modern and well equipped with a mini fridge and air conditioning and the single room is a great size with lots of storage space. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and conducted thorough cleans of the rooms throughout the duration of our stay. Reception staff were very insightful and could recommend many good local food spots and were always eager to assist. Overall a fantastic hotel with a very friendly atmosphere from all the staff a great place to stay in Rome!Rooms: Air conditioning, clean, spacious and no noise from the streets outside could be heard.Noteworthy details: Fantastic bar staff who were incredibly friendly, informative and remembered details about guests wishes and likes and catered to these as much as possible.

We had a simple Double Room I believe, the room was small and simple but we had everything you need and it was very tidy and very quiet. For the splendor and atmosphere you leave your hotel! 😍 At least we were super satisfied!Walkability: You had all major attractions within walking distance, if you turned a corner you could already see the Colosseum! Still quietly located so that you could relax at night, but that you did not have to catch buses or trains to see something nice during the day. Ideal!

Michael Cook: Great hotel with very nice rooms in a wonderful location for tourists relying on walking and/or planning to utilize the high speed train network at Roma Termini. Within walking distance of Roma Termini and the Coliseum.Rooms: We stayed in two different rooms during our trip. Both were nice rooms but the second was substantially larger.Nearby activities: We were able to walk to the Coliseum and Roman Forum from this hotel.Walkability: There are many restaurants and gelaterie within walking distance. It is a short walk to Roma Termini where you can catch high speed trains to all over Italy. The Coliseum and Roman Forum are within walking distance.Food & drinks: Breakfast was quite delicious. Dinner service did not meet our expectations and we preferred a small restaurant just up the block from the hotel.

Todd Richardson: Just returned home from the St Regis in Rome with my wife and two kids. We stayed for 3-nights and it couldn't have gone any better. We had some of the finest service I have ever experienced in a hotel anywhere in the world. We were traveling with our two young children and the hotel went above and beyond to make the stay special for them as well as the kids of other guests.From the amazing front desk agent who personally escorted us to our room, to the all-star, top hat, doorman who performed magic tricks with our children each morning & afternoon, to the attentive breakfast staff who brought colored balloons to all of the children at their tables every morning - the hotel is as good as it gets in the luxury hotel world when it comes to service.We had a 5-star experience and will definitely be back.
