Cormac O'Byrne: Pablo the owner is an absolute salt of the earth guy, helped sort us out when we didn’t have cash on hand for the gym fee, recommend a few well priced restaurants in the area and was a gem to talk too. Gym was clean and very well kept with good air conditioning in the 34° weather.

jacob mccoy: The owner let me train twice when i didn’t have any cash on me. Decent set of equipment and weight in the gym - all i needed to hit a ferocious leg and push day. Still owe him 20 euros!

Nick Bradley: Go here if you’re traveling in Rome! The best gym I’ve found by far and their daily rate was only 10 euros. They have smith machine squat racks, bench presses, and dumbbells up to 70lb with lots of machines sprinkled in and a full locker room. Perfect for tourists trying to work off some carbs. The owner is super cool and responded to me right away on WhatsApp. They have their phone number on Facebook if you google Dolphin Fitness. 10/10 would recommend

Maria Cristina Siciliano: Gym that I've been going to for 5 months now and every day I'm more and more happy with the choice I made. Very friendly staff, sociable and ready to help you, as well as prepared and scrupulous. The only small flaw is the training room which is a little small, it would be nice to be able to think of expanding it because the courses are always full and it is worth taking them, for me a gym without courses would not have the same incentive to attend it.

Callie Fauntleroy: Great gym. Enough space to do yoga and free stretching along with a nice bar bell for lifting. Nice people as well but bring your own soap and a towel for the shower.
Greg Richardson: .There is one squat rack and one Smith machine.Biggest issue is the lack of usable barbells. All but one of the bars were tech bars, felt around 5-10kg. There was one other bar which I think was 15kg

Costi non esagerati ma appropriati x la zona e x i servizi di cui dispone; fa sempre piacere comunque nel mio piccolo venirmi ad allenare qua, sotto casa a qualsiasi orario voglia essendo aperta h24 e su piano strada, cosa che in zona è tutt’altro che scontata. Attrezzi di ultima generazione che permettono un allenamento completo, tapisRoulan che permettono anche di vederti netflix mentre cammini o corri, peccato solo non avere più tempo a disposizione…! Ma di certo questo non è colpa della palestra. Docce comode e pulizia sempre costante che ti da sempre L idea di pulito. Personale giovane e simpatico, Ilaria top. Consigliatissima!

Domenico Mastrodicasa: Ho fatto un ingresso in questa palestra e ci tornerò sicuramente. Staff cordiale, palestra attrezzata e macchinari efficienti, ambiente pulito ed ospitale, spogliatoi e docce perfettamente igienizzati.
William Lopez: Esperienza positiva, sono molto soddisfatto del servizio, inoltre è un ambiente allegro e rilassante. La mia palestra ideale, personale qualificato e professionale, ma sopratutto 5 stelle per la pulizia, ogni ambiente curato e pulito nei minimi dettagli. Fa piacere
