Marco Waldis: Unique place in the center of Rome, very professional and refined. Very good energy, very international, most of the classes are in English and full of foreigners. Cool!
Natalie Edwards: I have been doing yoga at Zem since a friend introduced me to the studio in 2018. As an expat, it has provided a warm, welcoming community and the yoga classes have improved my strength and balance. It’s wonderful to see the mix of students and instructors — American, Italian, Australian, British, Dutch… Somehow, the classes strike a balance between offering both rigorous and restorative exercise. A big thank you is also owed to Amity and the Zem instructors for offering classes during the pandemic and Italy’s many lockdowns, helping keep us all sane during the weeks and months when we couldn’t leave our houses. Highly recommended.

Kathinka L: I’ve been going to Zem regularly since 2016 and I'm so thankful it has seen me through my years in Rome. The teachers are absolutely fantastic, they normally ask the students if there's anything they would like to work on at the beginning of the class, and the way they incorporate those suggestions into the most beautiful flows is really amazing to watch. They're also incredibly warm with super uplifting and positive energy, and the support they gave to the yoga community in Rome during the pandemic is a testament to what wonderful and dedicated people they are. The customer service is also great. The international atmosphere at the studio has made me feel at home in a city where not a lot of things are in English and I couldn't recommend it more to beginners and advanced yogis alike. I've brought lots of my friends here and recommend it to everyone!
Lauren H.: This is a FABULOUS studio. I practiced at zem three of the five days we were in Rome with a different teacher each time. They were all spectacular. Where they were the same was in the strength of their individual practices and, more importantly, in their abilities to instruct. Clearly dissected poses, imaginative flows, helpful suggestions and adjustments. Having practiced in many studios in the States and abroad, zem has been a standout. L’allenamento è intenso ed efficace e dura solo 20 minuti. Anna e Fabrizio sono molto professionali, gentili, disponibili. L’ambiente è accogliente. Veramente TOP. Consigliatissimo!

Maria Chiara Di Stefano: The best yoga and pilates center I've ever been to. It is cared for in every detail, always clean, spacious. It has a relaxation area as soon as you enter, just next to it is the desk where you can ask for information from the always very kind, prepared and friendly staff. The changing rooms are functional and the space is used well, there are showers, hair dryers and lockers. All great, all beautiful!

The environments are very well-kept and comfortable, there are many courses with extremely flexible timetables, the teachers are truly professional and attentive, the staff at the reception are super helpful and welcoming! Last but not least, the plus of being able to attend classes in any of the 3 RYoga centers in Rome! A very pleasant discovery indeed!

alice sallustro: Spazi curati e sempre pulito. Insegnanti preparati e pronti ad accoglierti ogni giorno con il sorriso, così come le ragazze alla reception!! Uno spazio veramente necessario per uscire dalla routine quotidiana Unico piccolo neo è che a volte le lezioni sono un po’ troppo piene per le dimensioni delle aule…essendo necessaria la prenotazione consiglierei di ridurre un pochino il numero di partecipanti per aver modo di godere a pieno di ogni pratica!

Maria Chiara Di Stefano: Dei tre centri Ryoga penso sia il centro più suggestivo. Bellissima location, bellissime le travi in legno al soffitto, bellissimo il dehors tra i palazzi di trastevere. La sede è molto bella, come del resto gli altri centri. È tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, tutto pulito e tenuto benissimo. Ci sono due sale grandi che all’occorrenza diventano una unica, un’altra sala un po’ più piccola e c’è anche un piano di sotto in cui non ho capito bene cosa ci sia, ma credo ci sia uno spazio adibito a lezioni private, massaggi ayurvedici e simili. La gentilezza dello staff è sempre il sinonimo di qualità di questo meraviglioso posto!

Michela Cangani: Un piccolo angolo di paradiso per sfuggire allo stress del quotidiano. Le/gli insegnanti sono gentili e disponibili, oltre che preparati. Nell’attesa che cominci la lezione si può gustare una tisana e godersi il silenzio. L’app per prenotarsi alle lezioni è facile da usare e utilissima.
