Lissa Kline: Perfect location and very lovely service but more expensive than equally good service/location spots. Enjoyed the palm court as well. Them room was fine. A bit dated but comfortable. It was loud but that’s not their fault- street is popular and that’s part of the benefit of the location. Our room didn’t cool down, the window wouldn’t close easily, and the toilet ran. It was two nights and we didn’t raise with them so they didn’t have a chance to fix. Ultimately the service was impeccable and location perfect. Having said that not worth the price overall.

roberto marinangeli: Ottimo hotel

Teresa: We go to spend a few days every year, it is very well located, and the attention is excellent.Rooms: They are spacious and very comfortable and have an excellent decoration.

Tony Grebmeier: I had the pleasure of staying at the Hassler Hotel, and they truly understand hospitality. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Despite minor issues, their prompt and attentive handling left us with a positive impression. From the warm welcome to personalized attention, they demonstrate dedication to guest satisfaction. The tastefully designed rooms, top-notch amenities, and breathtaking views enhance the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hassler Hotel for an extraordinary stay.Thank you, Hassler Hotel, for making each visit, especially my wife's birthday, a memorable one!

Brian Lee: 5 days was so good. The gym was nice and all the staff were friendly. All the staff are comfortable and the food tastes good. The location is within a 5-minute walk from Borghese Park and within a 15-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. It is located on a slight slope on a hill, so it may be difficult to get off the wrong bus or subway with a carrier.

Ahmd Abdu: The cafe and hotel staff provided excellent and hospitable service. During our coffee and dessert break, we recalled our honeymoon from years ago in this hotel. Upon learning of this, our waiter, George, enthusiastically introduced us to his manager, Noufel, who has been with the hotel for many years. We had a delightful conversation, and they even offered us complimentary drinks. George and Noufel were both friendly and cheerful, and I express my gratitude to them and the cafe and hotel management for providing us with such a wonderful experience. The cafe deserts we ordered were delicious. Location and outdoor sitting were top class.

Daniel: A nice hotel in the center of Rome. With a touch of Italian Prima Repubblica

Ramón Becerra: The location can't be beat. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.Recommendation: ask the person who receives the car if he can park it outside so that parking does not cost.

Guy Wasserman: Amazing terrace resturant, great as well for a good cold white wine in the warm afternoons

Mike A: The hotel itself is great. Location is really good. Easy to get to many cool Rome locations. Staff at front desk is very accommodating. Pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The restaurant service is slow and they seem often off put by your request. Try getting a drink at night. Good luck. The bar is atrocious and service worse. They are nearly disappointed to see you when you walk in without reservation. Hard to rate the hotel a 5 when restaurant staff and service is so bad. Not sure I will be back for this price.

Kathy Gilroy: We have stayed at The Raphael almost every time we come to Rome. It is a beautiful small hotel with great service.I would say that on this trip we travelled with a number of family members and it was difficult to get facecloths in any of our rooms which was odd.Overall a very reliable home base in Rome.

Sophie Bader: Nice hotel - great breakfast- friendly service …Known as the "Eternal City", Rome is a fascinating metropolis that combines a rich history, impressive works of art and a diverse culture. With a history spanning over 2,500 years, Rome was once the center of the Roman Empire, one of the most powerful empires of antiquity.Rome is home to some of the world's most famous works of art, including the Sistine Chapel with Michelangelo's frescoes, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Pantheon. The city was an epicenter of the Renaissance, inspiring artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael and Caravaggio. The culture of Rome reflects a mixture of ancient, Christian and modern influences. The Vatican City, the smallest independent country in the world, is located in the center of Rome. The lively Italian cuisine, vibrant street life and numerous events give the city a dynamic atmosphere."Eternal City" a unique connection between past and present, expressed through its history, art and culture.

Stephen Ohimor: They nailed it, everything was perfect. Rooms smell good, and the mattress was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace has a nice view. The staff was very helpful.Rooms: High quality soaps and conditioners, fridge, slippers, and bathrobes were nice. Temperature controlled room is effective and comfortable. TV can be an awkward location but I didn't even watch it while there.

Ryan Draper: is one of the best we've ever had!

Ingrid Stemmer: We were staying there at the beginning and end of the trip, they were great experiences, the hotel is very well located, close to everything but in a quiet area with beautiful views of the green and the city, excellent service, everyone was very attentive! The decoration is current and charming, very comfortable lighting! Impeccable cleanliness! The restaurant is a program worth considering as the food is excellent and the view spectacular!Walkability: It is in front of the Borghesi village, minutes away from the Plaza España,

Anna Kocanova: they also did not compromise on all modern touches

scott sitner: We were displaced from the st Regis due to rooms being needed by very important guests and relocated here. I would choose this first. Small. Quiet on a cute quiet street near everything. Staff was amazing and accommodating including shopping our purchase back. Room small but didn’t feel such. Small balcony. Brand new and great. Great showers. Heated towels. Great breakfast. Can’t say enough good things. Big hotels are great but this just felt cozy and like homeSee above

Qamar Khan: Perfect location most of the attractions are within 20 mins radius. Staff was very welcoming. I must mention front desk staff Orietta was very welcoming at checkin.Rooms: In our cases we booked two rooms but at checkin we got a suite of two bedrooms with complimentary mini bars in both rooms. Very comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Vatican, Trevi, Spanish steps, restaurants, supermarket, river.Walkability: Located within historic district and most of the attractions are with 20-30 mins walking distance.

Senorita Isabela: Ah May Zing service staff. They certainly take pride in their profession. The icing on the cake was the magnifying mirror on the bathroom which allowed me to apply my makeup and my husband to shave which is impossible to do when you wear glasses. They have an all in lo”American breakfast, but oh my, their breakfast is full on with charcuterie, fresh mozzarella fruits tarts eggs sandwiches and on and on. Accompanied be tea capuchinolatte,,,,The rooftop restaurant and the live music is a wonderful way to end the day after sightseeing RomaI could go on and on but tired of typingEnjoy!

R Khan: Great hotel, and we would definitely stay there again. Our room was very nice, but there is some street noise as the windows are not very soundproof. We could also hear when other rooms above us showered our flushed toilet. The heated mirror and towel bar in the bathroom are very nice to have. The bathroom could use an update. The bathtub was very slippery. It could have used a rubber mat. The staff was excellent here. Waking distance to the Vatican, Castle, Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and many other attractions. This area appears to be safe.Rooms: Our room was very nice, but there is some street noise as the windows are not very soundproof. Alex Hirsch: I NEVER write reviews, I just read them. But when i go somewhere that is extraordinary, I feel I need to share it. This hotel took us in on short notice when our previous lodging reservation was a disaster. The front desk staff is extremely professional. The wait staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are both comfortable and well stocked. If you read this post, understand that someone posted this because they truly feel this hotel is a step above.

Alec Collie: - one of the best breakfasts in Europe we've ever had. The room was really well appointed. Walk in wardrobe, great bed, very nice pillows

Giulia Firpo: L’hotel è molto ben arredato e confortevole e pulito.

Rachael Dunnill: Stayed in July 2023 for 2 nights as a couple, this was booked as part of a package holiday with celebrity cruises - not sure if we received some sort of discount because of this but for standard of the hotel and location I thought it was excellent value for money. Good location near the river, within reasonable walking distance to all the top tourist attractions. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at 10am that our room was ready for us to use - this was a huge bonus on the day and were very grateful! Reception staff very helpful, kindly ordered us a taxi to the airport for our departure morning, staff also on hand to help with luggage and let you know when your taxi had arrived. Decent breakfast spread and coffee machine to use at breakfast, plenty of staff on hand here too. Room was surprisingly spacious and nicely decorated. We were very glad for the AC during the heatwave, and also the iced lime/lemon water available next to reception! I would stay here again if we were to revisit Rome.

Geoff Terrill: Spacious and charming, the room was just what we needed experiencing Rome for our first time. Close to all of the highlights in the eternal city, a walk to wherever we wanted was no more than 30 mins away. Restaurants closest to the hotel were amazing and when you venture out, only get better and better. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Always a smile! Front staff, bar staff, the porters and housekeeping kept you feeling like you were home.As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast was very simple. But then again....shouldn't it be?Over all, this gem of a hotel made our stay that much more enjoyable for our first experience of Italy.

Bill Akins: This is a great hotel! It's in a good location, fantastic staff, nice rooms, reasonable rates. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They kindly indulged my atrocious Italian. This is located kind of between the Vatican and all of the touristy parts of Rome. It's walkable, and I felt completely safe there and in the areas around the hotel. I would certainly stay here again.Safety: This hotel was not in a seedy part of town, it felt very safe.Walkability: It's a really easy 3km to walk to the forum and colosseum. The only place we took a cab was to the Vatican.

Katherine Thompson: I really enjoyed my stay here, great location, fantastic super helpful and friendly staff will to go above and beyond. Great breakfast, super clean.

Melissa S: Lovely hotel with attentive staff! I stayed here with my daughter and our two friends in a quad room. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, beautiful area! The breakfast set up each morning was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day.

Katie Turner: , which was a nice touch. We ordered room service for a snack and drinks, and it was pretty good! The room did feel dated, and was missing some updates that other hotels have

Giuseppe Bosco: OttimoLocation: 5/5 …

We had some of the finest service I have ever experienced in a hotel anywhere in the world. We were traveling with our two young children and the hotel went above and beyond to make the stay special for them as well as the kids of other guests. From the amazing front desk agent who personally escorted us to our room, to the all-star, top hat, doorman who performed magic tricks with our children each morning & afternoon, to the attentive breakfast staff who brought colored balloons to all of the children at their tables every morning - the hotel is as good as it gets in the luxury hotel world when it comes to service. We had a 5-star experience and will definitely be back.

Alexandra Bochinski: Our stay was just fabulous. We cannot rave enough about this place. The staff was discreet, gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property is historic and well maintained in a great location of the city. It is situated close to great restaurants and within walking distance of the historic centre key sites. From the small touches to the warm, attentive and welcoming staff, it is a boutique hotel with all of the amenities. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place.

Paola Bottero: Metti una sera davanti all’ambasciata americana.

Stewart Kety: Wonderful experience, COURTEOUS staff who went out of their way for us, but that is what they do!Beautiful structure, efficient, centrally located for our purposes!Walkability: Centrally located for our purposes as tourists

Kevin kom: We were in Rome for our 25th wedding Anniversary. The room had a leaky air-conditioning unit. The service was not bad. but it seemed no one did anything above and beyond. Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice.Walkability: It was near most major attractions.

Rachel Frenkel BenHanoch: . They also use kosher milk for the coffee machine,so we enjoyed their great cappuccino. We did not stay there for Shabbat, but they can provide a mechanical key if needed. Super close to the synagogue and the kosher restaurants.Overall the service was EXCELLENT, it was great staying there!Special thanks to the lovely Daniel who did above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

יחזקאל פרנקל - מכון קורות: The truth is that we arrived at the hotel due to a mistake in coordinating with the apartment we booked when we landed in the ghetto in Rome at 3 in the morning, and we had no choice but to look for a hotel. The clerk at the entrance found us an excellent, pampering and well-equipped room, and at breakfast where you can get several kosher ingredients for us, the wonderful Medina and Daniel from the dining room staff simply did everything to make us feel great.

Li Robin: This beautiful and very stylish hotel was the best choice I’ve ever made. Nestled in the Jewish ghetto, minutes away from restaurants and shops. The room was wonderful. Very comfortable. All done with great taste. The Air Condition was a bliss as it was very hot in Rome.Room service was implacable and efficient. It was so kind of the hotel to arrange for us some kosher pastries.I want to express my gratitude to the hotel’s staff who were so caring and helpful when I needed help.Thank you all so much for a short but sweet Roman holiday.Best wishesL. Robinson

bridged anderson: WE stayed at the Monte Cenci in June after having stayed in 2019 prior to COVID. The reason I chose to stay here again was due to the location, the staff, and the manager, Paolo. Paolo is a wonderful host - ready with a glass of Prosecco or water or coffee for a weary traveler. He will enthusiastically provide suggestions or reservations for lunch, dinner or sights. The hotel's proximity to everything makes it a place I will return to again and again. On the doorstep of the old Ghetto and Teatro Marcello, just steps away from Trastevere, and easy walking distance to all the major sights of Rome. It's the perfect location for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are great - wi-fi is fine, beds are comfortable, and the a/c worked for us wonderfully at night. Our favorite place in the hotel to be was on the rooftop lounge. Great place for a cocktail in the evenings and so nice for breakfast in the am.The staff - on both of our trips the staff were amazing. All the employees are friendly, accommodating, seemingly very happy to be there, and treated us well while we stayed. The location, wonderful staff, and Paolo are all reasons we choose to stay at the Monte Cenci while in Rome. The room is just a place to sleep after enjoying all Rome has to offer, so as long as there is a comfortable bed and air conditioning, it's perfect for me!Thank you Paolo and Staff for making our stay so awesome, and i can't wait to come back to Rome again to visit you!Nearby activities: We did a food tour in Trastevere, a cooking class at Roscioli - maybe two or three blocks from the hotel, and it really is close to everythingWalkability: Easy walking distance to all major sights, including Trevi, Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Forum, Collosseum, and just steps away from the bridge to Trastevere

Christopher McCaffrey: We stayed at the Hotel Monte Cenci with our daughter and grand-daughter for five days in June. It was the first trip to the Eternal City for all of us. Right from the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly by various members of the staff who were genuinely interested in getting to know us and help us enjoy our time in Rome. They even asked if we had any dietary restrictions so that they could accommodate us. We didn’t, but thought that was a very helpful thing to ask. We were given “local knowledge” advice about where to eat, places to see, how much time we needed to allocate for taxis to make it in time for tours and to arrive timely at the train station for our day trip to Florence and to the airport when we left. The staff at the Monte Cenci clearly love their city and enjoyed discussing any and all aspects of Rome. Every time we arrived back at the end of the day they would inquire about how our day went and discuss the things we saw and made further recommendations. We are enthusiastic travelers and everyone all the way up the manager were eager to give us insider advice on virtually everything related to our trip. The breakfast up on the rooftop dining area was good and the service from our friendly and enthusiastic waiter was above and beyond our expectations. He not only made sure that we had everything we wanted, he would go back to the kitchen and return with items that were prepared on the spot, like smoothies and hot chocolate for our grand-daughter. By the second day he remembered what each of us liked as far as our coffee and other drink preferences and, after greeting us and wishing us a great day, would ask if we still wanted the same items and would bring them to us without us even having to ask. On a first stay in a busy and sometimes complicated city filled with innumerable points of interest it is easy to feel overwhelmed and the personalized care we received was all we could have asked for and more.

Jacqui Bryson: I highly recommend the Hotel Monte Cenci! The central location is perfect, so we were able to walk everywhere. Our room and the entire hotel was immaculate, and the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious! We can't say enough about the Manager, Paolo, and his ENTIRE staff. Every person went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and made us feel like family. We truly miss everyone at the Hotel Monte Cenci and would not stay anywhere else if we return to Rome.Rooms: Immaculate very comfortable

Carolyn Book: , casement triple glazed windows with views onto the surrounding buildings and streets in this quiet enclave. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace. In the afternoon the terrace with its lush plantings and awnings is a great place to escape for a quick nap or down time reading a book-also great in the evenings for a glass of wine or an Aperol Spritz. The location is perfect. Every attraction is walkable and the best way, and only way in my opinion, to see Rome is to walk. Rome is an open-air museum full of art and architecture and history. Stroll down streets, take the alley way, follow the delicious scents, and discover a small neighborhood osteria or bar. Shop the shops away from the large tourist attractions. Discover a fountain in a piazza and take the time to see Rome, truly see Rome. The beauty of staying in a small boutique hotel is that the people at the hotel will also share with you their favorite places to eat, shop, sip and walk and share historical tidbits.I cannot find the words to express how wonderful the people at the Hotel Monte Cenci are. They are kind, informative, helpful, funny, welcoming and feel like family. Whether first thing in the morning or late in the evening I looked forward to every interaction with all members of the staff. They make you feel as though you are a family member visiting. Rome is gorgeous. The hotel is beautiful but the people at the Hotel Monte Cenci have beautiful souls that make the stay perfect. I have been home for a week and I truly miss the people of the Hotel Monte Cenci. Thank you all so much for such a beautiful stay.

Lauren Andersen: We loved the location as it was central to all of Rome’s top sites, in a quiet and safe area that we loved. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated, comfortable bed, soft sheets and towels, perfect sized bathroom and nice shower, cold and efficient AC, stocked mini bar and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Our room on the 4th floor had a beautiful private terrace which we absolutely loved- definitely go for this room and treat yourself to this private peaceful oasis after a busy day in Rome!! Plus, the entire team and manager were incredibly kind and provided warm and personalized service throughout our stay, and offered a friendly chat and advice about the city each time we passed reception. Thank you for a perfect stay and making our anniversary extra special. Highly recommend!!

Oskar Arocha: Warm reception at check-in, and good attention from the staff who even showed us the room and every detail. Hats off to a new young man, David, who made us feel very welcome. God willing we will be back! The room is very comfortable and the shower is just the way I like it.

Singer Palace Hotel: what do users think?

Alex Howard Whitaker: We stayed for a single night and greatly enjoyed the experience. We were greeted on arrival and given a short tour on the way to our room. The front desk was very helpful and booked us an amazing local restaurant and provided information about local sights. The rooftop bar at sunset is not to be missed with excellent cocktails. I would definitely visit again next time I stay in Rome.Walkability: Right in the heart of Rome's city centre, many of the city's attractions are within walking distance. The Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the coleseum are all close by.

Tomasz Mozgala: Fabulous staff, very attentive and spend the time to explore the hotel, very historical and the marble features are exquisite. Perfect location, great rooftop cocktail bar, perfect view of the city skyline. Must stay when in Rome. Big thumbs up to Alexandro who assisted us with places to visit and went above and beyond with great service.Rooms: The beds are very comfortable, the showers are amazing with strong water pressure.

Stephen P: The room is very clean and well prepared. There is no iron and the bed is a little on the firm side. That is where the only complaints end. They clean the room twice a day, once to freshen it up and another time for turn down. Always stock with new and free still/sparlking water in the room, fresh fruit and nuts, and little gifts. The room has a safe and everything we needed. The service was top notch. Super friendly and welcoming staff. They help with anything you need and speak many languages. Unlimited free water, snacks, concierge service, you name it.Finally the location is 3-15 minutes from most everything. Furthest away is 15 min to Spanish steps but the city is walkable. It's 3-5 min from the pantheon and about 5-7 from Trevi Fountain. Lots of small boutique and souvenir shops nearby. The included breakfast was also great. It's sit down and you have your unlimited choices of coffees, pastries, eggs, toast, pancakes, crepes, waffles, toast, and a variety of meats. It's in a really comfortable and relaxing space. Could have sat down with a nice book and stayed there an hour after breakfast if we didn't want to enjoy the city.Honestly I can't recommend this place enough. I've traveled to many cities across the world and this place is among the top. I think its the warm and welcoming service that sets it apart. I felt immediately comfortable, warm, and safe here. And it's not over the top, felt incredibly genuine. Special shout out to Ilenia who was the first person to greet us. She was absolutely delightful.

Susan Brooks - 2QC-C: The Singer Palace is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. From the time I first entered the hotel until I left I was treated royally. The hotel room was spacious, quiet and immaculate. There are so many nice touches the hotel provides from the welcome aperitivo to the evening turn-down service. The breakfasts were so delicious and the rooftop bar was delightful. The wait staff was so accommodating and pleasant. My compliments to the entire staff - especially Anastasiya, Frederika and Greta. I regret that I don't recall the names of other staff members to also thank them here.I hope to return to Rome next year and plan to stay at the Singer Palace Hotel.Rooms: The room was spacious, quiet and immaculate.Nearby activities: The hotel is conveniently located to Rome's attractions that I wanted to visit.Safety: Very safe locationWalkability: So conveniently located.Food & drinks: The breakfasts were delicious and the rooftop bar was delightful.Noteworthy details: I was amazed how the hotel provided so many nice touches.

Troy Wiley: The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing. I’ve stayed in hotels with similar beautiful not none with their level of service. The service is truly next level. The staff is amazing. Greatest hotel ever.

Mario Celentani: The property is present and is really interested in your approval ..... a good feelingRooms: Nice comfortable bed

Pavel Tuleškov: After spending at the Singer Palace Hotel 3 days, can exactly understand, why this place such great reviews has. And fully agree. This place is unique. And me and my wife are so thankfull to have the opportunity to stay here. Thank you!Noteworthy details: Great bfast, dinner, terrace, english speaking staff, helpfull, smile on every step...

Samantha Rougeux: and were always there to answer any questions we had. We forgot outlet adapters so they dropped some off at our room to use which was very much appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and the drinks at the rooftop bar were excellent, and were made even better by an outstanding view and fantastic service! The bartender is excellent and also received a bartender of the year award so we highly recommend the rooftop bar! We had a great trip and would love to visit again when we're in Rome!

石神貴規: , so I was a little nervous, but from the moment I met the doorman, I received cheerful service, and I felt relieved. I think the service is comparable to the Imperial Hotel in Japan. Or maybe it goes beyond that. The number of guest rooms is small, so is it a small luxury in Japan? The interior decoration is also stylish, so it is worth staying. The price is luxury, so it feels expensive, but that may be normal.Hotels in Japan are too cheap. On the contrary, I learned a lot.Rooms: I had the impression that the rooms in European hotels were small, but this hotel was luxurious, so I got the impression that it was spacious. Also, the water is wonderful. The water pressure of the shower was good, and the shower room did not leak water. If you reserve a singer delux room, you will get a corner room.It has windows on two sides and a nice view.Walkability: Located on the main tourist street, within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Plaza de Espana.A gelato shop is also nearby. Also, if you use the electric scooter service, you can go anywhere.Food & drinks: Food only eats breakfast, but breakfast was very delicious. It's not a buffet style, but a style where you choose what you like from the menu and bring it to you.If the weather is nice, you can eat on the terrace or on the rooftop.

Leslie Mulvihill: This hotel was a hidden gem! The staff was friendly and went over and beyond with service. We were a family of 5 so had to get 2 rooms. The set up was perfect. The rooms were beautiful. The rooftop was a bonus. Breakfast there every morning and then ending our day with a cocktail was a highlight. There really is not a bad thing to say about this hotel. When we go back to Rome we will be going back to Singer. Still thinking about how good the shower was.

Purvi Shah Parekh: We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in the family suite which was perfect. It felt like a small apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a sitting area - perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out on vacation. The hotel was beautiful but the best feature is the proximity to so many popular attractions. The staff took time to orient us at check in and help us find the places we wanted to visit. In general the staff was gracious and attentive to all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay!Rooms: Loved the space and set up of the family suite.Walkability: So close to many must see attractions!

Hotel NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento: what do users think?

Assolutamente consigliato.Grazie mille

Chang Min Lee (Haribossam): The location and breakfast are so good. The downside is that the room is small compared to the price.Rooms: It's a bit narrow, but I'm still satisfiedNearby activities: It's good to take the city bus, and I like that it's close to Termini StationSafety: There are a few homeless people around Termini Station, but it's still safe.

Stephanie Glenn: Loved our quick stay — the proximity to the train station was PERFECT for getting into the city from the airport and then again onto our train out of the city.

ahmed bassam: Excellent5 starOur family stayed at NH collection plazzo Cinquecento hotel in Rome , for 8 nights. We requested higher floor and rooms with a view , and the hotel provided for our request. The hotel , in general , is modern / elegant and well kept. Our stay was comfortable and the service was excellent .The hotel rooms were spacious with larg and functional bathrooms. The houskeeping service was excellent .The location , is one of the strongest points of this hotel , with a walking proximity to Roma termini

Lisa Chau: . Otherwise, location is pretty central and you can get to the main attractions within a 15-30 min scooter ride. Upon check in, the booking was under my name and we ran the security deposit on my card, however Gulia was addressing my boyfriend instead of me the entire time we were checking in which I thought was weird. Felt like I was the one tagging along. The rooms are a a okay size, and I liked their expansive QR help system - I put in a request for an adapter and it came within minutes. Breakfast was included with my booking but we never got a chance to try it as it ended around 10am. We stayed here for two nights before going to Positano and stayed at Palazzo Montemartini across the street when we came back to Rome. The price per night was about the same for both hotels, but the rooms and service at Palazzo Montemartini was more worth the money IMO.

Zygmunt Łopalewski: The hotel is inconspicuous from the outside, the building… just plain ugly considering the beauty of the places around. Much better after entering. Friendly service. Public space nicely arranged. Conference rooms ok. Good restaurant. Delicious breakfasts, extremely varied and simply tasty. Nice, comfortable room. Good air conditioning, great bed. A good place to visit Rome!Rooms: Very decent 4*
