I can not say enough good things about our stay at this lovely hotel, it was perfect!!!! The hotel itself is in a great location for sightseeing and to have a view of the Colosseum at night from the rooftop bar was just the best. There’s also a pool up there which was closed during our stay due to it being winter but I can imagine how nice it would be in the summer to have a swim up there. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable everything you need for a city break . But the best thing about this hotel by far tho is it’s staff……all of them were so helpful,cheerful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble….including walking up 8 flights of stairs with me to unlock the door to the roof top bar especially for me as I have a fear of lifts. Special mention to Danny ( I think his name was) on reception, always smiling, with a friendly how’s your day been? and just really so helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel met my expectations, and the location is perfect, a few steps away from the Colosseum.

Hotel is nicely designed with interesting balconies and windows, with lovely bathrooms, but it is clearly showing its age with some wear and tear. Staff were truly wonderful. Being so helpful with some external problems we had experienced and all so fluent in English.

I stayed for 3 nights in late January 2023, on my first trip to Rome. The hotel turned out to be a great choice for me. I arrived very late at night. Often that means you get the worst room, but I was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a colosseum view. The room was quite comfortable, and a decent size. Staff was very customer-service oriented. When I was checking out, there was an issue with my ALL membership, which I was using to pay for part of the stay - completely not the hotel’s issue. They spent some time on the phone trying to help resolve it, and when it became clear that it would take some time, they said that they would follow up with the corporate office later and let me know. Overall, it was a very good stay, capped off with excellent customer service.
