Ali Sheikh: I picked this hotel for its location and AC, it delivered on that. Location was right next to Roma Termini the main train station. Many busses came close to the hotel as well so catching a bus to anywhere or back was super easy. There are some good restaurants close by. Rooms were clean with clean bed sheets and towels. We got a room with the balcony but it was towards the inside of the building so no view. My complaint were the size of the shower. If you are taller than 5' 8' and 180 lbs, you will have trouble fitting in the shower. The rooms look tired with wallpaper, no kettle for hot water or coffee.

Ángel Trapero: The location, rooms, cleanliness. Unusual in Italy. The situation is excellent, walking to the Termini train station and 10/15 min from Piazza Venezia. At the reception there were staff who spoke perfect Spanish. The excellent breakfast and with different options for lunch or dinner in the area. One morning their kitchen broke down and they took us to eat at a nearby Irish brewery and the quality did not drop one iota.

Patrizia T: So in love with the Hive! First time staying here and couldn’t be more happy and satisfied. From the hospitality at the reception desk to the staff at the restaurant and also the spa attendants and the housekeeping team they all did an amazing job in making our stay more pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast have wide choices buffet style options and everything is very tasty. The spa facilities are amazing! I couldn’t leave from the pool!! The gym have very advanced equipment. Worth staying here when in Rome, I highly recommend it♥️

Carol Walter: We visited here during the first week of July.Great location, very nice hotel, large rooms, comfortable, and I love the large walk in shower.It is a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars within an easy stroll.Bonus, there was a farmers market just around the corner from the front door of the hotel. Lots of fresh veggies, fruits and a few craftsmen. Fun watching them set up their goods in the morning.Would definitely stay here again when we return to Roma!Rooms: Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.Fell in love with the very large walk in shower with plenty of room in the rest of the bathroom. No tub to have to step over to get to the shower, a very welcomed plus!Nearby activities: Lots of nearby bars, restaurants and a coffee shop on the corner across the street from the hotel.Safety: Felt very safe and secure here!Walkability: Great neighborhood vibe. Ashley Christian: We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in Rome. The location was fantastic. Close to the metro, hop on hop off bus, many restaurants, and next door to gelato. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got there a bit early, they watched out luggage and transferred it into our room once it was done. They also gave us a map and pointed out many attractions, restaurants, and places to go. We had to leave at 3am for our flight at 6am, they called ahead and booked us a private driver to pick us up. The driver was on time and helped with our luggage. I’d stay here again.

The coffee is just incredible, goes well along the pies!The room is nice and cozy, always smells nice and clean!Overall it was a super nice experience and I strongly recommend to everyone that wants to visit Rome and be close to everything!Nearby activities: It sits pretty much on the middle of everything, it’s possible to choose according to each personal preferences.Safety: Always people on the street, we were warned about pick-pockets but during our stay we didn’t really have to have extra caution, just the normal procedures.Walkability: We were able to walk to the main attractions in 10-15 minutes, or just walk to the metro in 3-4 minutes that works very well and it’s very easy to understand.Food & drinks: Everything tasted and looked very good, and I truly mean everything!

Some roads are badly paved, so it was difficult to walk with a suitcase. Access to Rome sightseeing is very good because there is a bus. In addition, there is a supermarket such as Carrefour and a mini market right next to it, so you don't have to worry about purchasing water etc. As a point of caution, there are homeless people and unsafe roads from the station to the hotel, so it is better to choose a road with a lot of people.⚫︎Room facilities: The room was a little old, but the shower curtain was a little dirty, but it was clean. There are no slippers, so if you are concerned, we recommend bringing your own.⚫︎Hotel facilities: There are many stairs in the hotel, and it is difficult to carry suitcases. The hotel is decorated with "music themed" art. The rooms are very clean and well furnished, and the breakfast buffet was great with many choices. There are good restaurants right on the same street. We've stayed there 2 times in the last 4 weeks and like the familiarity we are developing with the friendly and helpful staff. We requested higher floor and rooms with a view , and the hotel provided for our request. The hotel , in general , is modern / elegant and well kept.Our stay was comfortable and the service was excellent .The hotel rooms were spacious with larg and functional bathrooms. The houskeeping service was excellent .The location , is one of the strongest points of this hotel , with a walking proximity to Roma termini
Lisa Chau: . Otherwise, location is pretty central and you can get to the main attractions within a 15-30 min scooter ride. Upon check in, the booking was under my name and we ran the security deposit on my card, however Gulia was addressing my boyfriend instead of me the entire time we were checking in which I thought was weird. Felt like I was the one tagging along. The rooms are a a okay size, and I liked their expansive QR help system - I put in a request for an adapter and it came within minutes. Breakfast was included with my booking but we never got a chance to try it as it ended around 10am. We stayed here for two nights before going to Positano and stayed at Palazzo Montemartini across the street when we came back to Rome. The price per night was about the same for both hotels, but the rooms and service at Palazzo Montemartini was more worth the money IMO.
