Yu Yen: 8 courses / 150 EuroLike fettuccine.Somewhat amazing, you can see Chinese dishes in the dishes of Michelin two-star restaurants in Rome. For example, the appetizer has a cream cheese with tapas made in the form of tofu. Although I don’t understand the waiter’s complete introduction, I heard the keyword tofu Thought it was really Chinese style tofu!I also ate a dish with soup dumplings as the main axis, which reminded me of the sweetness and juiciness of Taiwanese Xiaolongbao and soup dumplings. There is a gap, but it has its own characteristics.Fettuccine is my favorite and most appetizing dish, but I forgot to praise it and tell the waiter, so I had to come up to google maps to comment.

James Lee: You can enjoy the taste of keeping the tradition while being creative.It has a clean and neat taste, and you can feel the chef's sincerity in all the foods. Especially, the carpaccio, which looks like raw meat, but made of watermelon, was very impressive.The wine list is also impressive. I almost thought it was a dictionary when I received it. Great wine is also available at a reasonable price.
Susanna Pascarella: Un luogo incantevole e non per la posizione, per quanto in centro a Roma, ma per l'esperienza gastronomica che racconta quanto impegno, dedizione e fantasia venga dato, non solo da Angelo Troiani, ma da tutto lo staff.Un luogo caldo e accogliente, reso tale soprattutto da modi non scontati, per quanto ineccepibili, dello Chef e del Maitre, cosa rara da vedersi in uno stellato.Per l'aspetto culinario, grande tecnica e spiccata fantasia la fanno da padroni.Meriterebbe senza ombra di dubbio una seconda 🌟.
Flash McGlash: Came for my birthday as a surprise from my girlfriend. We were shown to the gallery room and given painting palettes with butter which was a nice touch. We were also given a free sparkling wine glass and a Happy Birthday surprise at the end which was a lovely gesture on a special day! The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us choose a great red wine. The food was unreal, otherworldly and divine! The staff were very friendly, helpful and funny and made my birthday a special experience. If we are in Rome again, we will be booking here! Beautiful!!
andrea delfini: La premessa è d'obbligo: prima volta in un ristorante stellato. E la stella la si riconosce subito. Un altro livello sotto ogni aspetto, dal personale, cortese, attentissimo ad ogni dettaglio ed estremamente competente, fino alla eccellente qualità. Ho cenato qui con menù degustazione da 9 portate e devo dire che l' unico aggettivo che può riassumere il menù è "diverso". Diverso dal solito, con accostamenti di sapori particolari e azzeccatissimi. Davvero complimenti.

Menu degustazione illustrato ad arte , esplosione di sapori materie prime di qualità superiore, una gioia sia per gli occhi che per il palato. I vini proposti nn deludono qualità eccellente. Si raggiunge il top con "la volta buona" accompagnata da sorbetto al peperoncino, meraviglioso, piccante non invadente . Raviolo Yellow green buonissimo delicatezza unica senza rinunciare al sapore. Dolce "Fragoroso" .......il nome la dice tutta...degna conclusione di una esperienza culinaria di alto livello.Da provare........

Leonardo Matera: Si accede attraverso una comoda scala e ci si affaccia su di un terrazzino con alcuni tavoli , da preferire nelle calde sere d'estate, mentre altri ve ne sono nella sala interna in cui predominano piante e verde. La cortesia dei camerieri è pari alla professionalità della sommelier, mai parca di dettagli su ogni vino. Avevamo una gift card per il menù Empatia: 10 portate con altrettanti abbinamenti di vini che si sono rivelati ciascuno un'esperienza unica e coinvolgente tutti i 4 sensi, tatto escluso ma solo per ovvi motivi. Fantastico.
Mr Blue: Great food and price.The piglet was generous and extra crispy.The ravioli was delicious and fresh on the spot, my only comment is the broth is too watery and I would have liked to see a vegan colored broth.The meat tartar is great but also broth was simple.The welcome carbonara egg was amazing and nice.The passion fruit dessert was perfect with parika meringue.
Libera Castaldo: Non ci sono parole per descrivere il percorso gastronomico che offre Marco Martini Restaurant. Piatti tipici della cucina romana rivisitati dallo chef stellato come il raviolo ripieno di mortadella in brodo di pizza bianca o il french toast di saltimbocca alla romana.Location bellissima, minimalista e piena di verde.Il servizio poi impeccabile!Se dovessi trovare un difetto, pochissimi piatti di carne ma solo perché sono intollerante al pesce!
Elena Eugeni: Very nice setting, a splendid garden on the Aventine Hill. Also open for lunch, which I always appreciate in fine dining restaurants. We tried the Roman cuisine-themed tasting menu which seems to me perfect for those who want a starred experience faithful to the tradition of the city. The welcome from the chef and the petit fours are very nice. Delicious saltimbocca french toast! Kind service.Value for money in my opinion completely adequate given the location and the star. Compared to the average prices in Rome, I would say that the price is even affordable.

The activity Guy: the food had a little taste of oil but it was good with a strong taste. The service was not the best but they treated you like a king. The food comes out in a good amount of time and the apetisers are great. the restrooms are a little far but they are very clean and spacious over all I do recommend giving it a visit.Kid-friendliness: they treat kids especialy nice because the service is special.
Samuel Jensen: We wanted a fine dining experience with a view on our last dinner in Italy and La Terrazza was the perfect place. The entire experience was fantastic, all the way from our pre drink cocktails to our final dessert course. Everything was absolutely perfect with amazing attention to detail and presentation!
Aleksandra: What a phenomenal experience! The flavors of the food is something I’m still thinking about 24 hours later, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The staff was excellent, friendly and attentive. And the views didn’t hurt either. If I lived in Rome, I would absolutely frequent this place for alot of our special occasions. So glad we checked it out!
Bobby Shah: and they made some custom pastas for the kids. It was the only Michelin star restaurant I could find that didn’t require that I pay for tasting menus for the kids!!!! Food was out of this world. The details, finishing touches, and creativity was clear. They even made accommodations purely based on personal tastes and not even because of allergies!!!!! Taste was unbelievable also. Be prepared for a number of extras before and after the menu starts. They even brought our the extras for the kids! Would absolutely without doubt recommend it to anyone looking for something special. Be prepared to spend some $$$$ though!!!

mco massa: Da tempo un nuovo ristorante non mi entusiasmava in questo modo.Dico nuovo anche se in realtà ero già stato al Marzapane nella precedente localizzazione, perché è cambiato proprio tutto da allora.È stata un'esperienza completa e soprattutto il banco con la cucina a vista consente un'immersione completa e piacevolissima, perché la perfezione e l'armonia con cui lavora la brigata di cucina è uno spettacolo che da solo vale il prezzo.Tutti i camerieri sono preparatissimi e anche la carta dei vini è molto ragionata e intelligenteSe si è in due, e forse anche in tre, consiglio fortemente di prenotare al banco invece che nella saletta al piano superiore, almeno per la prima visita: ne vale sicuramente la pena.
