Eric J. Shehab: Great, professional private transfer service company from start to finish. We booked 4 private transfers from the airport to our Airbnb in Rome, from the Airbnb to a rental car location a few days later, from the rental drop off to Fiumicino, and from Fiumicino to the airport. Needless to say, there were a lot of moving parts to our plan but Dan was easily accessible during the planning stages, even when our plans changed. And the drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and went out of their way to make sure the trips to and from the airport were perfect.

We got married in Telese Italy in September 2019 and Generbus transported my 70 guests from Naples airport to the Aquapetra Hotel with returned 3 days later. The communication from the office was fantastic, in English, friendly, information and competitively priced. I contacted poor Fabrizia Zandri many times when organising the booking, thank you for your patience x We had two coaches both ways, both were clean and lovely and the drivers were friendly, helpful and knew the route to the hotel. We arranged a holiday for our entire family which began with a collection from our hotel in Rome, and transfer to Civitavecchia cruise ship port. We were collected in a beautiful 52 seater coach which appeared brand new it was so clean and tidy. Our driver was on time, courteous and professional.At the end of our holiday we were collected at the port and driven to the airport in a similar high quality coach.Each step of the way the company contacted us to let us know when the coach would arrive and who the driver would be, with relevant contact numbers.The whole process was easy and good value for money .I highly recommend this service.Thank youPaula and Lee
