Dai vari forum online americani avevo visto che questo problema e' spesso risolvibile in linea di principio con un cambio di un cavetto interno, ma tutti dicevano che questa economica riparazione in realta' non te lo facevano mai, perche' ogni riparatore ti cambiava il display e basta

caroline côté: We were travelling from Canada and the screen of the Google Pixel 6 Pro of my boyfriend broke.At the shop, they were really comprehensive and understood the problem rapidly. They ordered a new screen and were able to repair the phone on the next day, in just a few minutes.We had a really good service. We were sceptic at first because we had to pay over 300€ up front on the first day, but they handled us and the broken phone with care and kept us updated while waiting for the new screen.We recommend to go there for a cellphone problematic, especially as travellers. They were really kind and professionnal.

domenico colafrala: Oltre il call center di marca, Huawei Italia mette a disposizione dei propri clienti una piattaforma online ed una chat del Customer Center. Huawei ha parallelamente impostato una gestione personalizzata dei propri centri di assistenza ufficiali, del resto affiancati da un sito HiSuite per permettere ai propri clienti di gestire nella maniera più agevole possibile il proprio dispositivo. Sulla piazza di Roma ci si può rivolgere a 7 professionisti indipendenti ed autorizzati che agiscono in nome di Huawei. A Roma, in Via Labicana 118, si aggiunge una filiale che agisce direttamente come Huawei riuscendo, fra l'altro, a dare l'impronta, l'impostazione operativa e di marca ai 7 centri sopra menzionati. Il che vuol dire regole e messaggi chiari per tutti ed univoca identità di marca. E poi assistenza e riparazioni rapide e trasparenti perché ad esempio dalla sala di attesa puoi vedere i tecnici che lavorano al tuo telefonino. Gli interventi sono veloci, anche perché l'ampio assortimento ricambi non condiziona le consegne. Si può prenotare la riparazione tramite il Servizio Clienti ed è disponibile un servizio drop-off per la consegna a domicilio gratuita del dispositivo ripristinato. L'attesa per il completamento della riparazione mediamente si aggira intorno ad un'ora ed il cliente ha a disposizione un'area relax. Però dovrebbero rispondere al telefono e non un disco che dice che "il numero selezionato non è attivo...": vale a dire come distruggere quello che di buono si è seminato.
