The first contact with him was remote, as I am not living in Italy; the consultation was easy to book and during the discussion with dr Pascali he answered all my questions. One month before the surgery I came to Roma for the last consultation with him and the anesthesiologist. The result of the surgery is more than I was expected; 15 years disappeared from my face . After the surgery I spent 3 weeks in Rome with regular visits to his clinic for care, medication and checking the status. A special thanks to all the team for the modality they treat and pampered me. I got advised for additional procedures for improving my skin quality and I am looking forward to come again to the clinic for the next procedures . Agatha Wara: I had an excellent experience at FirstMed, I would really recommend doctor Romani. She helped me tremendously, and was very kind and knowledgeable. The staff all spoke English well and were also friendly and talk were able to squeeze me in last minute. Thank you Doctor Romani!
Sally Morris: I cannot recommend this medical centre too highly. I fractured and badly sprained my ankle in a fall at an archaeological site. The initial treatment I received at a local hospital was not quite complete and done at a regional hospital where the staff did their best but were working under extreme stress and difficulty. As we were about to return to Rome I called FirstMed who fitted me in for an appointment with an Orthopaedic specialist and Xrays the following afternoon just a few hours after I had returned to Rome from Naples. The clinic office and medical staff all speak fluent English, the clinic itself is spotless, modern and very comfortable to wait in. Their equipment is the latest and both the xray specialist and the brilliant doctor I saw were highly qualified and caring professionals. I was a mess emotionally and physically when I came in, but left feeling comforted, properly diagnosed and really well advised and treated. They provide proper detailed written reports and give you your xrays for your doctor at home to follow up. My heartfelt thanks to everyone here who helped me. This is the “go to” clinic for any tourist in need of medical care while in Rome - you will be in safe hands here. The fees were also very reasonable and they are very transparent about costs. Humane and lovely people.

La situazione si era aggravata e ci siamo rivolti alla Guardia Medica. La signora gentilissima ha riconosciuto subito un'infiammazione dei bulbi e ci ha ordinato un antibiotico e una pomata, da lì la situazione è migliorata.
