George Barbalho: Pleasant location. Polite and patient service with people who don't dominate much English and don't know anything about Italian. We arrived well before the check-in time and the receptionist made us feel at ease, with the possibility of even storing our bags and entering the room before the check-in time. They even helped us a lot by informing us about the best routes and ways to take public transport in the city. The defect of the room are the few sockets for electronic equipment, but otherwise it has a great location, look and space for a double room.

Mariam Shetsiruli: I liked staying at Orange Inn, the location was indeed perfect. Located near Vatican City, easy walkable distance from Ottaviano Metro Station, close to the restaurants, grocery, souvenir, pharmacy and clothing stores. After we arrived to the hotel from the airport, we realized that we booked our stay incorrectly. We went in February and our reservation was made for March. The staff kindly asked us to wait for the manager, as we came during the lunch break, she was out. She offered us to rest in the lobby and took care of our bags. After some waiting we were able to check in and rest in our rooms. Room was as described in the photos, cleaning was done everyday. Plus, when we had issues with the conditioning system, the staff came to our rescue once again. Would recommend.
