Jesper Niesen: as the inner pages were flipped so it was basically upside down. However, we reached out and within a few hours they fixed it for us just in time for the next meeting day when we actually needed it. Very helpful during a stressful time.We experienced it as an honest mistake, it's a human error which they made up for more than needed. Happy service were very friendly to offer us to get rid of the banners free of charge as we cannot bring it back home by plane and the venue would not provide us the opportunity to throw it away through their services.With the help of Patrick at Happy Service, we truly appreciate the work done and looking forward to be working with you again very soon!
