No advance calling or reservation was needed.I was looking to print a boarding document for my flight later the same day. Was very quick and easy as all I needed to do was send the PDF document via email. They even have wifi access at the shop in case you do not have mobile data on your device.The documents were printed in less than a minute, and it only cost € 0,30 which was more than fine by me!Very grateful for the kind and speedy service!

Lucy Bonomo: After 4 days with a dead battery on my Nikon film camera, I was so happy that he had one for me. Film camera batteries like the 223 can be hard to find and I was so relieved he had one. I had gone to many different stores over the holiday weekend and had no such luck. The other shops were much less helpful and kind. This is the camera shop to go to in Rome!!He was well stocked with 35 mm film, including harder to find Kodak colorplus 200. Plenty of portra 400 and 160 too. I would go back and shop here a million times over.Thank you again for saving my trip!!

Jesper Niesen: as the inner pages were flipped so it was basically upside down. However, we reached out and within a few hours they fixed it for us just in time for the next meeting day when we actually needed it. Very helpful during a stressful time.We experienced it as an honest mistake, it's a human error which they made up for more than needed. Happy service were very friendly to offer us to get rid of the banners free of charge as we cannot bring it back home by plane and the venue would not provide us the opportunity to throw it away through their services.With the help of Patrick at Happy Service, we truly appreciate the work done and looking forward to be working with you again very soon!
