We (family of four with two children) really enjoyed our stay at this property in July 2022. It is spacious: two bedroom, two bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a walk-in closet. This apartment has all the amenities we need: air-conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dryer (not so common in Europe). The elevator in the building is very convenient especially for luggages on hot summer days. The apartment has prime location: right next to Spagna (Spanish Steps) and 5-minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We visited Trevi Fountain in the early morning when tourists are scarce. The taxi drivers in Rome were on strike in the first two days of our stay and we were never successful with Uber. Thanks to the central location of this apartment, most of sights we visited are within walking distance; Borghese Gallery, Villa Medici, Pantheon within 10-minute by walking. We also walked to Colosseum in the morning. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby. Edoardo was super helpful. He sent me a packet with all the information: instructions on the apartment, a list of restaurants, and activities. He was both proactive and responsive. He also helped to book a car to the airport. We had such a wonderful time that our children already asked when to go back to Rome and stay in the same place.

We travel often and prefer to stay in privates homes so we use VRBO.... This is one of the BEST places we have EVER stayed at using VRBO. It is exactly as described in the posting on VRBO and in the perfect location. You can easily walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. There are hundreds of places to eat, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. all within walking distance. I cannot imagine anyone writing a bad review about this property. We are from the United States and assumed the air conditioning would be poor because of our previous experiences traveling in Europe. But, this apartment is PERFECT and is of better quality than many places we have stayed at in the USA. You get what you pay for and we will absolutely stay at this apartment again in the future. The communication with Edoardo (in English) was perfect and he even arranged for several transfers for us at the last minute. This is clearly operated by a professional management team and we LOVED this large, sprawling, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully remodeled apartment in downtown Rome and cannot wait to stay here again!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our visit to Rome. The location is perfect—it is just off the Piazza del Popolo. It is within walking distance of most attractions, wonderful restaurants and shopping. We are a family of six (teenage kids and young adults) and one of the great things with this apartment is the space. All rooms are very spacious. When we arrived, Eduardo greeted us personally. He helped us with our luggage and provided a tour of the apartment. He was very available and quickly responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. We now have wonderful memories of our stay in Rome. Great experience overall! Would rent property again!
