I went to this Store, which is located inside the Porta di Roma shopping centre, because I needed assistance for an iPad. I went by appointment, 5 minutes early. I was immediately received and assisted. Within 10 minutes, I was already out of the shop with the surgery completed. As always, Apple assistance is effective and exhaustive in explanations. All the staff is always quick and helpful in clarifying any doubts or in assisting a customer in choosing a product.
