Cam Ngo: Stopped by Micocci Antonio for some parmagiano reggiano to take back to the US. The owner and counterperson were so kind, helpful and patient. We were greeted with fresh buffala. There was a black out while we were there and they walked us across the street to a shop with electricity to vacuum seal our cheeses. They had parmesan cheeses aged for 80 months!!! Wish we had more time to try more of their cheeses.Definitely try this local, family-owned business that is not in the tourist zone.
Valeria Vega: Loved it! As soon as we walked in, the guy gave us some cheese to try . He was so nice to us, recommended many things, and even talked to me in spanish ! You can easily take these things home since they put everything in vacuum bags. They have a huge variety, and he explained everything perfectly. Thank you so much! Antonio's blue cheeses and French! Light dinner at the end of the day? A nice fresh ricotta from Antonio! Winter polenta in large company? Well, I certainly don't need to write it down ... Thanks Antonio, yours is truly a magical shop for which the word cheese is too trivial and reductive to explain the wonder of what you offer!!!

Lapis Lazulus: The supermarket is not huge but has a fairly large selection. You can find everything you need from drugstore items to baked goods. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there are a few parking spaces available, which are not absolutely necessary since the Carrefour is easily accessible from the Vatican and San Pietro train station.
