It was perfect and wasn’t overcrowded with tourists. Service was top notch. The price was similar to the US, but pricey for Italian standards. Each dish was ~€18-22.

SR DA: and the day’s special of truffle pasta. Even the tomatoes on the side were delicious! Since I was solo, I didn’t want to order a whole bottle of the Frascati Superiore that I wanted to try. The staff offered to let me taste something similar if I would like it. I did, and it went very well with my meal. I’m sad I didn’t have space for dessert.I made a reservation and was seated immediately. Please do this when you can—I think it really helps restaurants prepare to serve people well. The service was impeccable. Very friendly, professional and polite. I actually felt taken care of—which seems rare in touristy districts. I will certainly be back to try other dishes.Thank you very much for the delightful meal and warm hospitality.
Danny Walls: We booked based on reviews and location trying to stay in walking distance of our hotel. We wanted less touristy and more authentic. This beautiful restaurant is and oasis in the city! Tucked in alley with no annoying waiters waiving you in to sit down, many will pass by this hidden gem. Our hosts Leonardo and Franceso were wonderful and extremely helpful, even providing advice on where to find the best coffee. The food was great ! Especially the tagliolini with lobster, WOW ! The portions were just right and the service was top notch. If you want a real Italian dining experience without the tourist crowds, put this place on your list and reserve a table in advance, you will not be disappointed !

Destiny Shropshire Hall: Overall, we had a good experience here. The Caesar salads in Italy are eaten a bit soggier than in the US and have a much stronger taste of anchovies. We mentioned this to our server and she had who we assumed to be the manager come over and talk to us. He was very apologetic that it wasn't what we were expecting and was very kind. Would definitely return.

Ellen Morgan: The food was top tier! For the main course I’d give a special mention to the vongole and the lamb chops, as well as the Black Sea food pasta. All good was very tasty and also was served quickly! The desserts were incredible and homemade, we had the tiramisu, chocolate fondant and crème brûlée which all were some of the best we’ve had. The service was okay don’t get me wrong, however the atmosphere was quite stressed and the servers had a lot to do which was quite apparent. There also was very slim opportunity’s to sit outside, but the downstairs area was fine and decorated with lovely art!

Claudio Menchetti: Quick work lunch where, however, I was able to eat the best ricotta and spinach ravioli of my life. A dish made apparently simple by the multitude of commercial products that are around. But the homemade pasta you eat here is light years away. Quite fantastic. And then an ice cream made by them. Ancient flavors of Italian cuisine. Absolutely to come back

Nel H: Visiting Rome with my girlfriend, we discovered this benchmark of local cuisine, more specifically pizza. There is something for every taste.The concept is interesting because you can order a whole pizza or just a slice of which you choose the size. This last point is advantageous since you can take several slices of various pizzas.We went there for lunch on a Thursday and went back the next day, the pizzas are so good. If you are staying in Rome, do not hesitate to take a trip there. You won't be disappointed 😋

Just been back now with a 16 and 12 year old and it didn't disappoint. The food was just as wonderful and to see the kids just as enthusiastic about all it was delightful.
