Aurora: Abbiamo preso un aperitivo sulla stupenda terrazza del ristorante Ambrosia dalla quale si riesce anche a vedere san Pietro. I drink erano ottimi e così anche l’accompagnamento composto da mini tramezzini, patatine, olive, focaccia, frutta fresca, noccioline…Siamo stati serviti da Eugenio che non solo ci ha servito in modo professionale, ma ci ha anche raccontato molte curiosità sulla città e ci ha fornito consigli su luoghi da visitare. Con la sua simpatia e gentilezza ci ha fatto passare una bellissima serata in questo bellissimo posto!

Danny Milan: Booked dinner for a special birthday for my wife in Rome. The entire experience- from the lovely food to the professional service, was exceptional. The rooftop restaurant is romantic and has charm. The saxophonist playing away quietly in the venue was a nice touch. At booking requested a special table which was granted. I also appreciated the dessert for my wife coming out with a lit candle as a nice birthday surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive. It is not an inexpensive restaurant but for this level of dining experience it was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Melis Soysal: I had such a lovely dinner here that I had to write a review about it.We were recommended this restaurant by a porter at a nearby hotel where we got refused entry to dinner for wearing shorts without prior warning so our evening was off to a bad start.We turned up without a booking and was greeted by Floris - one of our waitresses - who made us feel so welcome and special.She sat us down at a table with a gorgeous view at sunset and the sky went from orange to purple to all different shades of evening colours through the evening.The food and wine were so gorgeous. All of the staff so polite and helpful including the bar manager who helped me pair wine with dessert. They even accommodated a dish off-menu to my partner’s liking without complaints.Wish we were staying longer in Rome, would have liked to visit again.Thank you everyone at Settimo for a special birthday meal

The activity Guy: the food had a little taste of oil but it was good with a strong taste. The service was not the best but they treated you like a king. The food comes out in a good amount of time and the apetisers are great. the restrooms are a little far but they are very clean and spacious over all I do recommend giving it a visit.Kid-friendliness: they treat kids especialy nice because the service is special.

The entire experience was fantastic, all the way from our pre drink cocktails to our final dessert course. Everything was absolutely perfect with amazing attention to detail and presentation!

Bobby Shah: and they made some custom pastas for the kids. It was the only Michelin star restaurant I could find that didn’t require that I pay for tasting menus for the kids!!!! Food was out of this world. The details, finishing touches, and creativity was clear. They even made accommodations purely based on personal tastes and not even because of allergies!!!!! Taste was unbelievable also. Be prepared for a number of extras before and after the menu starts. They even brought our the extras for the kids! Would absolutely without doubt recommend it to anyone looking for something special. Be prepared to spend some $$$$ though!!!

James Lee: You can enjoy the taste of keeping the tradition while being creative.It has a clean and neat taste, and you can feel the chef's sincerity in all the foods. Especially, the carpaccio, which looks like raw meat, but made of watermelon, was very impressive.The wine list is also impressive. I almost thought it was a dictionary when I received it. Great wine is also available at a reasonable price.

Flash McGlash: Came for my birthday as a surprise from my girlfriend. We were shown to the gallery room and given painting palettes with butter which was a nice touch. We were also given a free sparkling wine glass and a Happy Birthday surprise at the end which was a lovely gesture on a special day! The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us choose a great red wine. The food was unreal, otherworldly and divine! The staff were very friendly, helpful and funny and made my birthday a special experience. If we are in Rome again, we will be booking here! Beautiful!!

They collect liquors from all over the world and age them themselves in various casks around the world... We had a delicious Demerara rum aged in a scotch cask in Scotland - extremely rare to find things like that.... And being someone whose people originate from Demerara and lived in Scotland for a year, it was very special... I am sure when you visit you will find your own special combinations... I highly recommend!!

T M: SPOILERS! Without a doubt, the best meal I have ever had in my entire life. What a treat! Every course had you giddy with anticipation as to what was coming next. Everything was fireworks in my mouth! Sitting down to a bottle cap opener was a first. How uniquely inventive. Then the miniature beer mug for some street food that included tiny pizza and hand made chips in a sealed Imago bag. From the Imago logo on everything including the ice cubes, to the glitter in the paper, nothing here isn't thought through or left to chance. Chef Andrea Antonini is a genuis! Honorable mention to the most delicious desert to ever touch my tongue! The strawberries and 'hand placed' meringue petals was over the moon amazing. Of all the Michelin restaurants I have dined at, none compares to Imago which stands a distant 1st place to every other. Hats off to the amazing service staff who were exceptionally attentive without once being intrusive. What exceptional choreography and communication. The souvenir of our visit to Imago was a beautiful and unique touch. Oh yes, there's also an amazing view of Rome if you ever lift your head from your plate or open your eyes while savoring the heaven that Imago serves. If there were ever a restaurant worth flying out of your way for, this is it! I cannot wait to return!

ちーすけ: Booked through TheFork and visited. We ordered the amatriciana and the sautéed duck. They were both delicious. Because it is a restaurant attached to the hotel, it is quiet and has a good atmosphere, so I was able to spend my time calmly. The entrance is a little difficult to find, but it is conveniently located near the station.

JY Choi: I visited for a simple dinner at the hotel, and the taste and service exceeded my expectations.In particular, the texture of the octopus dish was crispy on the outside but very soft and luxurious on the inside. This is a good restaurant to eat near Termini Station.
Johan van Vuuren: Unexpectedly had an amazing dining experience here. Some must-try dishes including the roasted octopus, pork belly and the bavarian pistachio dessert is something truly delicious. This gem of a restaurant, hidden in a hotel is a must-try.PS - some of the most considerate staff when it came to our son’s allergies I have experienced in the whole of Roma.
