Stefano De Pinto: E' la terza auto su cui installo un gancio traino da Plini e Gigliotti, sempre precisi e professionali.L'ultima auto una Santa Fè ibrida ha "creato" un problema all'installatore, che ha dovuto effettuare un picco taglio sulla parte di plastica cromata alla base del paraurti, esteticamente brutto.Alle mie rimostranze la Plini e Gigliotti si è subito dimostrata collaborativa accettando l'errore e dandomi la possibilità di scegliere come risolvere il problema. Morale della favola dopo circa 40 giorni venivo contattato per la sostituzione completa del pezzo, senza pagare un euro!!Intervento effettuato in circa 30 minuti, cosa chiedere di più? Questa è assolutamente la "cura del cliente" che oggi scarseggia ovunque!!Grazie di cuore.
