Lindsay Dubin: The 4/5 is because I waited 20 minutes without being told that they were behind. HOWEVER Natalie was the absolute best ever. I got a bikini sugar waxing which was longggg overdue. Despite that, she did a fantastic job. She kept saying that I was the hero for doing so well with the pain, but she was the one making it painless! She is an absolute angel and knows what’s she’s doing! So much gratitude to her!

The sugaring process she used was more gentle on my skin than other types of hair removal I've tried.
