Carla Pi: , poca cura ai fronzoli e all’estetica del locale ma piuttosto ai contenuti e alla professionalità del lavoro: tutti tratti tipici, appunto e per chi le conosce, delle botteghe storiche romane che non tentano di venderti la forma, ma ti garantiscono assoluta qualità, velocità, competenza e soprattutto prezzi onesti. A me hanno riparato l’impossibile ed evitato di comprare una nuova valigia. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ho ottenuto un servizio rapidissimo, in pochissimo tempo e a un costo ragionevole mi hanno restituito una valigia come nuova. In aggiunta la signora è molto simpatica e gentile. katie eldredge: Perfect place to get my backpack fixed while traveling through Rome. Some of my straps were broken after checking my bag at the airport. I dropped my bag off at about 10:30am and it was all fixed and ready to pick up by 4:00pm that same day. All for only 12 Euro. The woman working there did not speak much English, but luckily another customer came by to translate for me. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend if you need some repairs done on your luggage in Rome!

Morgan Galpin: I just showed up 30 minutes before closing with shoes with delaminated soles. The younger guy, who appeared to be the son of the owner, gave me a friendly greeting and said he could fix them in 10 minutes. I said okay and he dropped what he was doing and immediately started work on my shoes. They were ready to go in under 10 minutes and he charged me €5 for the work. I must say it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them. While I was waiting, I also noticed they make sandals, shoes and leather handbags. These are skilled workers and I will use them again if I have the chance.
