Emma: Overall the experience was excellent. The staff are very welcoming and very efficient. They left us plenty of time to make decisions and to enjoy our food. We had a starter which consisted of a few meats and sides to share. Everything was cooked exceptionally well. I had the 300g sirloin for my main meal. it was very well cooked and very tasty. A good portion of chips were given and it was a very good value for money. On the other hand, my partner had a wagyu burger. The presentation was interesting as it did not come out as a constructed burger. It didn’t have a burger bun and just came out as the burger patty itself with sides. It tasted excellent but was not as we were expecting. For dessert we had a brownie which was very good quality and very tasty

Service from all the staff was second to none.We enjoyed this place so much that we returned two nights later. It was quite but the food and service was still up to par. The waiter even had time to help us with our Italian.

Bryce O: This restaurant is a steak lovers paradise. Cow heads mounted on the wall, a variety of premium cuts to choose from and overall a very cool steakhouse environment. I went here for lunch and had the fries which were good, 680g of the 35-day dry-aged porterhouse and 980g of the 50-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye. I asked for both steaks to be cooked medium rare leaning towards rare and both steaks came out cooked to perfection and juicy. Additionally, the smoked compound butter they came with was delicious as well. Finally, I would be released if I didn't mention how friendly the owner and my server were as they were extremely nice and considerate as when my card got declined they didn't make a big deal of it and helped me locate a bank to withdraw from so I could pay my bill. I even got a hat for the trouble. Overall, it was an amazing experience and if I'm ever back in Rome I'll be sure to visit.

Davide Cifariello: Steakhouse diversa dal solito in quanto questa punta dritta solo su un tipo di carne. Abbiamo preso per antipasto dei tacos e delle crocchette di black angus, buonissime entrambe. Abbiamo continuato con una cowboy steak ed una picanha, anch’esse molto buone e saporite, se proprio devo trovare una pecca sulla cowboy steak è che lateralmente era piu cotta che al centro. Ma è uno stupido dettaglio in una bella e gustosa serata! Conto appropriato alla qualità dei prodotti.

Izaak Orchard: Without a doubt the best carbonara I've had in my life,i highly recommend anyone in the area to come and try the food. I am by no means a pasta expert however the food and service I was presented with was some of the best I've had in my life I would travel from Australia to Rome again in a heart beat just for the carbonara alone.the staff were friendly and welcoming and made the experience all the more enjoyable. Cris Scotter: This restaurant is so very good. I’m writing this as dessert is coming… truffles are their specialty. Now I’m often accused of being over critical but OMG the truffle carbonara was like the fines poem, like a symphony of taste … like … suffice it to say it was divine. The rest of my selection was splendid… but the carbonara made me sigh!!!! 4.6 rating is so under rating the magnificence of the work . Thank you. And did I say have a lovely wine cellar and Caol Ila. Ladies and gentlemen you made me a happy man.

Stella Marina di Sabbato: The Roman meatballs were the real stars of the lunch! Delicious sauce, delicious fried polenta, side dish of buttered spinach with pieces of long-aged Parmesan make the perfect match! The Carbonara with Benedetto Cavalieri's spaghettoni was good but not great! It really wasn't tasty ! Quite creamy, bacon crispy in the right place but overall the flavors were not amalgamated. The cold cuts are very good, the truffle mortadella melts in your mouth. The courtesy entrance with sheep's ricotta, pesto and tomatoes in oil is delicious. Very tasty bread basket. Very good fruit ice cream. Good espresso cannoli. Medium-high price.

christian anders: Simplye the best restaurant experience you could wish for in Rome. We also booked well in advance, and there were some delays in the changeover, mainly I expect because noone wants to leave. Don't bully the staff, just be patient. Food, service was stunning. Salvador, of the moustache and artistic namesake matched heavenly food with local wine. The carbonara and the oxtongue raviolo was incredible.
Dean Scarlett: Had an amazing lunch at Roscioli Salumeria while in Rome. I can understand why it is Conde Nast rated and has the reputation it does. We sat at the bar counter, directly in front of the bar and deli area, which added to the fun and energetic vibe of our experience. Everything we had, food and drink, was top shelf. Of particular mention was the all'matriciana.. the best that I have ever had, anywhere. Our bartender, also our server, was fun and excellent. Highly recommend!!
Kevin Ghim: You cold go to one of the many ‘pasta e pizza’ places around Campo di Fiore, but if you do, you’ll be missing out on one of the best Roman cuisines. What makes Roscioli special is that it highlights food beyond what tourists might want, but real food that everyday Romans would eat. It’s because Roscioli is a deli that serves the neighborhood as well as many visitors who have heard about its amazing dishes. We were so impressed that we ate there twice out of our four nights in Rome. We tried the Tonno Rosso, Caponeta, Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, Popette, Pepperoni - all super delicious recommended by our waiter Ricardo. I can’t recommend Roscioli enough!

Angelique Martinez: Great restaurant, great meat, great service and great atmosphere. The restaurant doesn't look like much when you arrive, but it has charm and the meat in the window is tasty, tender and pretty. The proportions are hearty and the quality/price ratio is perfect, to be compared from a restaurant in the center or have we been scammed! It is out of the way, you can park there easily. In short, for me it's a big YES.
