We were able to walk around one last time without being bothered by our suitcases. The maxi size will allow you to store 4 suitcases of 55x40x20, it's great and not very expensive. Victor Puertas: All perfect. You receive the code when you book, you enter it, the door opens, you leave your things and that's it. In our case, the space was for two hand luggage and there is a little more space for backpacks or whatever.
C Kaz: Great service if a little pricey - Checked out of my hotel at 10am but my flight wasn't until 8pm. What do? Took my suitcases here and dropped them off for about 13euros. My one gripe is that I had passed by the day before and wanted to book my space early. I only needed the smaller locker, which in fairness was only 2-3euros cheaper, but could only buy for use at that moment. When I came the next day there were no standard lockers available. At least there was something, so still grateful, but what if you haul your suitcases there on the morning and find there are no lockers at all available?This could be fixed by allowing someone to book a locker ahead of time and if they don't claim their locker by using it within e.g. 30mins of the start time the booking is automatically cancelled and locker is made available for someone else. Just an idea!

Scott Neal: Easy to use. A great idea for hot spots around town you're trying to see while needing luggage storage. BE AWARE: the big lockers will only fit 2 large suitcases at a time. I thought they might be a little bigger. Our family of 8 needed 5 large lockers to store all of our luggage, but super easy to use and within a 5 min walk to the Vatican gates.

I could not figure out if the locker would be the right size for our hand luggages, so could not book online in advance. We went there and fortunately there was a "try me" locker and we could see our luggages could fit in. Rented a Maxi locker using the machine, unlock code was sent via email. Very easy to use, brilliant service.

amaia marinegar: I needed to store 4 suitcases for 5 hours and I found it very practical. I booked the locker the day before without any problem. They send a key to the mobile that is entered into a machine that is on the premises to open the ticket office. Everything very easy.I had a problem picking up the bags because when I entered the password to store the bags I did not notice that a ticket office number appeared on the screen of the machine and when I saw a ticket office open I thought it was that one and we stored everything there.But when I entered the key to pick them up, the one that corresponded to me was opened, not the one that was filled with my suitcases.There is a button on the machine that puts you in touch with a person who solved the problem for us right away, so everything was perfect.To say that I had read in the previous opinions that the large locker does not fit 4 suitcases.We put 4 cabin suitcases in without any problem and we still had a little room for two bags.Great service.

Emanuel Alzugaray: The process was very simple, I booked online a few days before arriving and I immediately received the confirmation by email. Once in the premises, the machine has the option of different languages so it is easy to follow it. The only thing that makes me doubtful is that it told me that I was going to receive an email with the code to open the locker when I wanted to pick up my things and it never arrived; the code was the same one that I had already received with the reservation. Highly recommended!
