Kathryn Wade: I came to this location to pick up a specific coat that is available in the US but for much more. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even arranged for one piece to be brought to this location while I waited with an espresso for me to try on as well. I didn’t end up choosing that one but it was very nice to have the additional choice. They filled out my tax forms too so not only was the price lower but I also received a hefty tax refund at the airport.
Simone Terrinoni: In the last few weeks we have been to the boutique several times. My wife Simona found her wedding dress here. We were followed with attention and professionalism by Giusi and kindly welcomed and pampered by all the rest of the staff. We found a decidedly unique climate. Everyone's kindness and availability puts people at ease, making them leave the seller/customer stereotype. This is the trump card for success. Congratulations to all the staff.
