LORENZO Pessah: Come commentare GAP, un colosso dell'abbigliamento! Io l'ho trovato in tutta Europa, da Nizza alle città Tedesche a Londra ecc.ecc. Quello di Roma, che ho visitato questa mattina, in via del Corso, è superbo. È molto grande, si sviluppa su due piani con soffitti altissimi. Insomma merita una visita solo la struttura. Poi ci troviamo al centro della capitale con dei posti stupendi da visitare. Infine occorre recensire GAP; ce veramente di tutto ed anche cose veramente carine ed alla moda con colori stupendi ed accattivanti. Inoltre dal 6 luglio, per chi non lo sapesse, ci sono i saldi, quindi correte, prenderete 3 piccioni con una fava: il posto, al centro di Roma, la struttura, veramente bella, l'abbigliamento, degno del marchio GAP!!!

Approximately 2~3 months ago, in order to access the men's area, one had to go to the back of the store, passing through the women's area. Now as soon as you enter, the men's department is on the left and the women's department on the right.As for the reception at the checkouts, I was a little dissatisfied *during my visit*: being a sales period, there is a greater influx of customers, which - having only two sales assistants when I came - caused a slight increase in waiting times in line.As far as picking up online orders is concerned, *personally* I was very satisfied, as there was no need to stand in the same queue as those buying in the store.

In addition to the quality of the products they offer, which certainly applies to all Max Mara stores, here there is special attention to the needs of those who enter and an ability, increasingly rare nowadays, to make you feel welcomed even if only with a smile. Kathryn Wade: I came to this location to pick up a specific coat that is available in the US but for much more. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even arranged for one piece to be brought to this location while I waited with an espresso for me to try on as well. I didn’t end up choosing that one but it was very nice to have the additional choice. They filled out my tax forms too so not only was the price lower but I also received a hefty tax refund at the airport.
Simone Terrinoni: In the last few weeks we have been to the boutique several times. My wife Simona found her wedding dress here. We were followed with attention and professionalism by Giusi and kindly welcomed and pampered by all the rest of the staff. We found a decidedly unique climate. Everyone's kindness and availability puts people at ease, making them leave the seller/customer stereotype. This is the trump card for success. Congratulations to all the staff.
