Marco Waldis: Unique place in the center of Rome, very professional and refined. Very good energy, very international, most of the classes are in English and full of foreigners. Cool!
Natalie Edwards: I have been doing yoga at Zem since a friend introduced me to the studio in 2018. As an expat, it has provided a warm, welcoming community and the yoga classes have improved my strength and balance. It’s wonderful to see the mix of students and instructors — American, Italian, Australian, British, Dutch… Somehow, the classes strike a balance between offering both rigorous and restorative exercise. A big thank you is also owed to Amity and the Zem instructors for offering classes during the pandemic and Italy’s many lockdowns, helping keep us all sane during the weeks and months when we couldn’t leave our houses. Highly recommended.

Kathinka L: I’ve been going to Zem regularly since 2016 and I'm so thankful it has seen me through my years in Rome. The teachers are absolutely fantastic, they normally ask the students if there's anything they would like to work on at the beginning of the class, and the way they incorporate those suggestions into the most beautiful flows is really amazing to watch. They're also incredibly warm with super uplifting and positive energy, and the support they gave to the yoga community in Rome during the pandemic is a testament to what wonderful and dedicated people they are. The customer service is also great. The international atmosphere at the studio has made me feel at home in a city where not a lot of things are in English and I couldn't recommend it more to beginners and advanced yogis alike. I've brought lots of my friends here and recommend it to everyone!
Lauren H.: This is a FABULOUS studio. I practiced at zem three of the five days we were in Rome with a different teacher each time. They were all spectacular. Where they were the same was in the strength of their individual practices and, more importantly, in their abilities to instruct. Clearly dissected poses, imaginative flows, helpful suggestions and adjustments. Having practiced in many studios in the States and abroad, zem has been a standout. Steve Double: Nice little studio with English speaking staff and instructors. More geared towards the ‘fitness’, modern interpretation of yoga but if that’s what you’re after then you shouldn’t go wrong here.

Felice Di Benga: Mai affollata con una guida tecnica ragionata, molto poco costosa e con gente di ogni età, con disponibilità massima a seguirti con cura e senza mai in giro farmaci potenzialmente pericolosi. Insomma un ambiente sano per ogni età, anche per i settantenni, naturalmente pochi. È chiaro, ovvio, che molti sono i giovani in genere attenti, positivi e molto educati. Una palestra seria , pulita, sicura ad un ottimo prezzo, 395 euro l'anno senza limiti di orario e permanenza. Manca, come tutte le palestre ormai, di un corso di ginnastica generale, e questo è un limite acclarato, ma oggi il mercato non chiede più questo elemento tradizionale della ginnastica di un tempo, sebbene molto molto salutare. È una palestra non grande ma completa di tutto e, come si è visto, molto molto contenuta nei prezzi annuali. Presenta il problema comunque di non essere strutturata per la ginnastica artistica ma di svilupparsi sulla base di esigenze essenzialmente del bodybuilder, come accade ormai quasi ovunque, ma si è liberi di elaborare il proprio lavoro ginnico molto molto liberamente. Attentamente guidata da Fulvio, la palestra è oggetto di una continua scelta degli iscritti a favore di persone serie ed equilibrate, mai violente o aggressive. I risultati davvero si vedono, risultati che creano un ambiente sano e piacevole. E tecnicamente, poi, non si è mai soli.

Il marchese: Not very large gym but rather equipped especially for bodybuilding. Courteous and helpful managers and instructors. The only flaw perhaps the showers a bit 'too community ... In practice there is no privacy .perse a separé between one shower and another would not be bad. At least on the sides.

Daniele Lancellotta: La mia esperienza in questa scuola è iniziata quattro anni fa e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. Persino nel periodo di pandemia mondiale la scuola ha saputo organizzare delle lezioni online in maniera eccellente. Appena entrati incontrerete Simona, la segretaria della scuola. È una persona stupenda, sempre sorridente che fa di tutto per proporre sempre cose nuove. Mi sono trovato benissimo anche con la mia insegnante di Hip-Hop, Giulia Ventura, anche lei una persona speciale. Consigliatissima come scuola di danza!

Sono praticamente cresciuta con Simona, una persona speciale, gentile e super disponibile, che vi accoglierà sempre con il sorriso. Corsi con insegnanti validissimi in tutti i vari stili che la scuola offre. Se cercate un buon ambiente in cui studiare danza, questo è il posto che fa per voi!
Fra GENTILE: Ho trovato ciò che cercavo...dalla segreteria che ti accoglie con il gran sorriso di Simona,una ragazza efficiente, altamente professionale, sempre disponibile e molto puntigliosa nel far rispettare ciò che è previsto dal regolamento della scuola, all'insegnante di burlesque che con la sua innata simpatia, l'elevata preparazione nei diversi stili di danza e la sua proverbiale pazienza, mi hanno coinvolto così tanto da farmi fare 20 km per frequentare la scuola.Era doverosa questa mia recensione per ringraziare SIMONA e DORIANA per regalarmi un'ora e mezza di gioia ❤
