Polina Liberman: Wow, who would have thought we would find such great sushi in Rome. We wanted a break from the rich Italian food and stopped by this place for lunch. The fish was incredible, amazingly fresh, the rice was perfectly cooked and the presentation was also impressive. Great service too - the host was so nice. I don’t often write reviews but this place left a great impression.

We were greeted with a welcome drink, impeccable service and the most delicious sushi! The food was beautifully prepared and laid out, and we were treated to good company throughout our stay by both Donnie and Max. We are appetisers, dinner and dessert, and the quality of both the service and the food was well worth the price. Their speciality sushi “Godfather” was especially delicious! Ch No: Cibo molto buono si capisce subito che non è un all you can eat, prezzi forse un pochetto sopra la media dei sushi alla carta.Purtroppo il servizio pecca molto, non per maleducazione anzie cameriere sono molto educate e gentili, ma essendo solo in 2 per gestire i tavoli interni ed esterni si diventa maldestri e si scorda qualche ordine/richiesta.L'ambiente invece è davvero bello, perfetto per gli amanti del Giappone e dell'animazione giapponese.

Giuseppe Cappussi Policella: Sushi molto buono. Da qualche tempo fanno anche una formula ayce, con menù limitato, ma in cui sono comunque presenti alcuni piatti particolari. La qualità del pesce è alta, il salmone in particolare è decisamente superiore a quello di un all you can eat medio. La location, dietro Montecitorio, presenta una bella atmosfera tranquilla e il locale è arredato molto bene anche all'esterno. My Japanese father is not an easy man to impress, and he was very delighted with how good the food and service was. We ordered the cold ramen and soba noodles. Peter Pam: We are from California and this sushi was up to our standards. One of the better sushi spots I have tried so far around the world. We started by ordering edamame and some sparkling water with ice which was a nice appetizer. Once we were done with the appetizers, the server brought out exactly what we ordered. Seared salmon nigiri, fresh salmon nigiri, Fuji roll, shake hosomaki, California summer roll with strawberries on top. Everything was fresh and delicious, would highly recommend this place especially since the atmosphere inside is elegant and the customer service is great. Definitely will be coming back when around here.

leod1985: On Sunday 28th May we finally went to Shinto for lunch.The restaurant is very elegant and cared for down to the smallest detail. The very kind staff. Special mention for Valentino, who looked after us from start to finish. Thanks to his advice we have made a complete journey: from raw to cooked, from the most delicate to the most decisive flavors. The fish is of the highest quality and the chef's combinations enhance it. An explosion of flavors that leaves you speechless. The icing on the cake is the dessert: delicious Japanese mochi. Gianpaolo Taddei: I had dinner with colleagues who already knew the place, they were absolutely right in saying that everything here is truly an explosion of flavours, I really liked their idea of fusion with the combination of many of our Italian flavours, I must also say that you really feel the quality of the products.The boy who followed us, also precise and attentive, recommended the amberjack dish of the day which I hope to find again when I return next time because it was my favourite.
