Anche oggi si sono dimostrati disponibili nel trovare una soluzione a un problema di cui in parte ero anche io responsabile non avendo tenuto la scatola di un oggetto acquistato. Sono fidelizzata anche per questo loro modo di gestire i problemi.

Avrei speso dai 300 ai 400 euro se non mi avesse fatto passare la sostituzione in garanzia!Mi preme aggiungere che prima di venire in questo centro mi ero recata al centro R- Store a piazzale appio, dove ho trovato zero cortesia e zero professionalita'. Chiedono circa 50 euro solo per la diagnosi, a prescindere dal fatto che tu poi decida o meno di ripare il prodotto, e nel mio caso hanno ignorato il fattore garanzia e hanno avuto zero premura a controllare la fattura d acquisto

David: Ho preso un appuntamento perché il volume del microfono superiore del mio 13 Pro era veramente molto basso. Sono stato accolto da un’addetta che tramite diagnosi ha riscontrato che effettivamente c’era qualcosa che non andava nel microfono e mi ha detto che probabilmente era soltanto sporco. Dopo qualche minuto in laboratorio il problema è stato risolto con una pulizia professionale, peraltro senza pagare nulla visto che l’iPhone è ancora in garanzia. Straconsigliato!
