Simone came up with a custom design for me using inspiration I gave him but he made the tattoo personal. He was really good at working with me and giving his professional opinion while also making sure I knew the final decisions would be completely up to me. He was patient with me if I changed my mind and he helped me make better decisions about my tattoo. Simone did a great job and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Thank you! Simone was amazing, he took his time making sure not only I liked everything, but that I was comfortable and my tattoo would be appealing to the eye of others. He greeted us with his wonderful singing and joy. You can tell 100% that he loves his job. The sweet lady at the front, possibly intern, worked so hard on our sketches. She was truly so kind and really listened to us when describing what we wanted. She had amazing customer service and even offered us some snacks! Lol. Not to mention these two stayed FOUR HOURS passed closing time to do these tattoos for my friends and I. Trevor White: I came to Rome in February and set up an appointment to get a tattoo on my birthday. I was set up with Catalina. We contacted each other before my trip and she worked with me on a design. Even up to the day of the tattoo I wanted slight adjustments and she did it with no complaints. The shop was nice, and well kept. I believe all of the artist speak English so throughout the whole 9 1/2 hours, we held good conversation. I get compliments almost daily on the piece Catalina did for me, I love it! Thanks Catalina and Jay Lester Tattoo!

Jayce Wilson: Stephano was amazing to me. This was my first time in Rome, and I insisted on a tattoo to remember my trip. I am a photographer and when I walked into the shop and was asked what I wanted, my words were, “I have no idea.” I took some time to get a general baseline, but Stephano drew up an amazing design. I was under the needle for about 1 hour and I was so pleasantly impressed by the lack of being heavy handed. The design came out wonderful, and everybody in the shop was so kind and friendly. Francesca helped make my experience hospitable and Stephano is for sure an artist who I would love to be tattooed by again. Great experience!!

He was explaining everything and he was really helpful. At that point I have realised I came to the perfect place.Diego is so professional and has a lot of passion about making tattoos. He is confident and knows how to make a perfect job. He does speak English as well so you don’t need to worry about the language. He was very punctual and caring during the process, he was aware of it that it was my first time, so he explained it step by step the whole thing, and the after care. If I want to extend my tattoo or make another one, I know where I need to go, even If I need to fly from London.
