Aggiornamento abbiamo chiamato il locale per il disguido sulla birra e quando siamo ritornati ci hanno dato la bibita senza pagare , personale top!

Da NON vegano ho apprezzato davvero tanto la loro proposta: i panini sono buoni ed abbastanza corposi, senza voler pretendere di essere dei sostituti ai classici hamburger ma un bella, sana e colorata alternativa. I prezzi sono in linea con la proposta, il posto e la qualità fornita.

Alix: Pleasant discovery in the center of Rome, the atmosphere is nice. The food and good, the dishes are rather hearty and the service is good. I think the small downside is above all the sometimes appalling prices, such as a fruit-based drink at 9 euros or 4 nuggets at 7 euros.So I recommend it as well if you are really hungry.

Nal D'Agostino: Ambiente molto particolare ed accogliente, cibo vegano sublime, attenzione alla stagionalità e quindi cambio di menù di conseguenza, sempre piatti speciali e unici. I gatti sono adorabili ed il servizio al cliente è molto curato. Sono andat* anche con persone onnivore a mangiare e si sono trovati tutti benissimo, molto soddisfatti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo... Ottimo sia per famiglie che per coppie.

Si sceglie il tavolo preferito, si ordina un piatto speciale: uno spaghettone di Gragnano con fitoplancton marino, foglie d'ostrica, zucchine e fiori di zucca. Si chiacchiera con un'amica e si attende che i veri protagonisti decidano di avvicinarsi o di farsi accarezzare perché, si sà, un gatto verrà solo quando lui vorrà. Aaron Garrett: We wandered in in the afternoon in early July and had a delicious sandwich and drink. So delicious that we made a reservation for dinner the following evening. The meal -- we did the Chef's menu -- was incredible -- the best we had in Rome. The dessert was a particular standout, but every course was top-notch, surprising and delicious. And the service was superb and warm as well.

Abbiamo scelto bruschette con nduja, supplì, sofficino e olive ascolane, carbonara e amatriciana, chiudendo in bellezza con un magnifico profiterole. Tutto vegano e tutto squisito. Grandissimo anche Valentino che si giostra fra i tavoli sempre con professionalità e affabilità.

Sara Cesarano: , insomma la carbonara era buona ma paradossalmente mi ha sorpreso di più la crema di finto uovo che la pancetta.Moscardini buonissimi, assurdi, fantastici, soprattutto con una bella spruzzata di limone. Buono anche il fiore di zucca.Abbiamo provato anche la scacciatora, che era buonissima e anche a prova di fidanzato onnivoro.

The dips were so similar to real MayoThen we had pizza, cannelloni, and pasta alla gricia. These meals were the best meals we had during our week in Rome, hands down. I was worried they would taste too “yeasty” as this is often the case trying vegan cheesy dishes, but it was hard to tell the difference to this and real cheese!The staff were super friendly and helpful, they let us take a doggy bag home for our left overs. Thank you so much!100% recommend. We’ve been trying to cook these dinners ourselves since we got back. If we ever go back to Rome this will be one of the first restaurants we go to 😊
Chiara Russo: Locale 100% vegan ma consigliatissimo sia alle persone vegane che a quelle onnivore.Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto un tagliere con salumi e formaggi e delle olive ascolane. Poi abbiamo preso una carbonara e una gricia.Tutto buonissimo e porzioni abbondanti.La gricia era fenomenale e praticamente identica a quella tradizionale.La carbonara sempre molto buona ma forse un po' meno somigliante a quella non vegana.Alcuni tra i salumi e formaggi dell'antipasto erano indistinguibili da quelli di origine animale.Tornerò sicuramente per provare le altre pietanze del menù.Dietary restrictions: 100% vegan
