4worldlovers: With the purchase of the entry ticket to the aquatic area now called "Splash Zone", which gives access to the wet Playgroud with slides now called "Aquaria" the Visitor accepts the following regulations and authorizes Luneur Park s.p.a. to the processing of data pursuant to the DLGS. 101/2018, freeing the Company from any kind of responsibility.

Access to the Splash Zone for children up to 150 cm in height is allowed only if accompanied by an adult who will be considered completely responsible for minors and their behavior. The Operators and Assistants of the Luneur Park are not to be considered as substitutes for the constant supervision of minors.

Access to the Splash Zone for disabled persons (L.104/92) is allowed only in the presence of an able adult companion in ratio 1/1.

Luneur Park reserves the right to select Visitors for access to the Splash Zone, in the event that there is a legitimate reason preventing them from entering. Luneur Park also reserves the right to deny access and/or remove from the Park (without any kind of refund), anyone who causes harm and/or nuisance to other Visitors or Staff; any person who is not in possession of a valid access pass or does not comply with the regulation, subject to the reservation of the complaint to the competent authorities and the intervention of the Public Security.

It is not allowed to wear clothing other than microfiber and polyester in place of the costume. It is forbidden to move or stay in the Splash Zone and in all other areas of the park without a swimsuit or with only undergarments.

For those who need the use of diapers is allowed access to water only if provided with waterproof and specific diapers for water.

The Surveillance Staff is obliged to deny entry into the water and the use of Aquaria to Visitors with wounds, abrasions, lesions or skin alterations of a suspected infected nature (e.g. warts, dermatitis, mycosis, etc.). In the Splash Zone it is not allowed to introduce food and drinks outside those purchased at the refreshment points of the Park. It is not allowed to introduce materials such as glass and tin, to make picnics and in general to introduce victuals and relative furnishings.

It is strictly forbidden to run poolside, play dangerous games, dive. It is also forbidden to climb on the masonry structures, on the rocks and on the structure Acquaria as well as climbing over the railings.

It is not allowed to move inside the Splash Zone at will the equipment made available by Luneur Park (deckchairs, umbrellas, chairs, etc.)

On green days umbrellas and deck chairs are available to visitors until exhaustion. In the event that umbrellas and deck chairs are no longer available, you can still use the relaxation area that is located near the Splash Zone. On blue days (from july 16th) it is possible to reserve umbrellas and 3 deck chairs in Splash Zone area by buying the "sea set". Tickets that include the sea set are in no refundable and/ or reusable. Failure to use the same for the selected day at the time of purchase implies the loss. In the event that umbrellas and deck chairs are no longer available, you can still use the relaxation area that is located near the Splash Zone.
