In primis per avermi risposto con una certa solerzia, in secondo luogo per la cortesia e disponibilità e ultimo ma non ultimo l'ottimo cibo che non ho potuto gustare perché era oggetto di un regalo a mio padre che non vedo da due mesi, ma visto che è un tipo esigente ed e' stato felice, lo sono anch'io. Stefano Frasca: è stata come una panacea a tutti i mali: ci ha coccolati, come se fossimo suoi figli, e ha provato a farci mangiare tutto... non tutti lo fanno. Inoltre data la possibilità di pioggia Vittorio ci ha giustamente consigliati sul gestire la cena non nel giardino esterno, come pensato, ma internamente: aveva ragione, e la sua professionalità e conoscenza di come organizzare un matrimonio hanno fatto il resto: e gli invitati ne sono rimasti entusiasti!Non potremmo mai dimenticare la gentilezza con la quale Vittorio si rendeva disponibile per i nostri dubbi, dal cibo all'organizzazione della mise en place. Giovanna Fusella: On Friday 2 June my daughter got married using the Mencarelli Catering, chosen for some time among the many tried. I say right away that it turned out to be above our expectations, which were also high! Impeccable service, kind waiters, thoughtful and attentive to our every request, during the two magnificent buffets and lunch. Exquisite dishes, well-finished and beautiful to look at, exactly on par with those tasted during the previous tastings. A special mention for the care and attention dedicated to the menus for guests with food intolerances. Different and particular dishes were served, studied for each of them, excellent too. Finally, what about Artemio, the owner of the Catering, always present in the dining room, smiling and discreet, constantly attentive to every detail, who really didn't miss a thing!
