Ben M: One-of-a-kind gym in the heart of Rome with fantastic facilities, a welcoming atmosphere and kind, professional staff.I recently moved to Rome for work, and was looking for a good gym within walking distance of my office. I feel very fortunate I discovered Heaven! Although my Italian is not the best, Giuliana took great care of me - giving me a tour, talking me through the various benefits and holping me find the best deal that worked for me. She then patiently helped me navigate the sign-up and payment process, which was slightly more complex than normal for me as a current non-resident - but we got through it!The gym has everything anyone could need in terms of free-weights and machines, and the spa and pool are truly exceptional. Would recommend to anyone.

Venera Aisarinova: Mi piace molto questo fitness club e soprattutto le lezioni di yoga tenute da Floriana D'Intini il lunedì e il venerdì alle 8 di sera. Lei è molto professionale, aiuta e spiega tutto, l'allenamento è abbastanza intenso e ci si può rilassare molto bene. Tutto sommato, lezioni di yoga perfette.Oltre allo yoga, volevo anche lodare l'allenatore di aerobica intensiva Fabio Damiani. Non ha bisogno di essere pubblicizzato perché i suoi allenamenti sono sempre pieni di gente, a volte non c'è nemmeno lo spazio sufficiente. Ma per essere giusti, ho voluto scrivere anche di lui. È molto intenso e fa tutto insieme a noi. Grazie a lui sono riuscito a perdere qualche chilo. È sempre sul lato positivo, se ne esce con nuove mosse ogni volta, un sacco di passi di danza, un allenatore figo. Grazie per professionalita!!!

Carlo Pattone: Excellent gym always looking for innovation in courses for all categories. It has a swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool. Despite the defections of some teachers, I must say that the new recruits have managed to bring freshness and innovation. Maria remains a cornerstone for postural and more, but there are new recruits emerging. The guys in the weight room who pay attention to what you are doing and suggest ways to train or correct what you are doing are also excellent. Advised.

Filippo Rubertini: I have been attending the VB club for years after having seen and attended someone else.....the environment, the instructors, the management contribute to a pleasant and professional atmosphere....I note with pleasure that the swimming school and all the instructors are of a high standard especially in the management of the little ones, the big boys in the fitness room. The weight room instructors are very present and close to the members, they follow them a lot as if they were personal trainers. DAJEEEEEE!!!
Martina Zanotti: The entire structure is not "up to date", but the welcome and availability of the staff are "top"! The swimming pool is gorgeous and the relaxation area equipped with Turkish bath, sauna and frigudarium, essential for me, is very comfortable and well maintained. The postural lesson is good, the pilates one is discreet. Particular praise deserves William's zumba, fantastic!

He manages to convey the love for swimming to the boys because he truly believes in it and his athletes perceive this.The swimming pool is not only a place to play sports, but also a school of life and Ivan teaches them discipline, passion and tenacity and, of course, technique.Next year I'll reconfirm the swimming season at Kolbe, thanks to Ivan.
