We stayed for 4 days recently. The hotel is situated in a nice residential area next to Piazza Bologna with metro and various buses that stop by. Many nice restaurants in the area. Will definitely return.

We stayed at Mercure Roma Piazza Bologna in September. The hotel has clean modern well appointed rooms with courteous staff. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with good restaurants and local shops. A nearby hidden attraction well worth seeing is the Villa Torlonia and its grounds, now an art museum but previously Mussolini's residence. The hotel is a 200 metre walk from Piazza Bologna metro ( Linea B) station (gets you directly to/from Termini Station and to Colosseo metro station), and 120 metres to the 62 bus stop that goes via Fontana Trevi to the Vatican City. We'd come again.
